Cafe Rio Mexican Grill

We really enjoy coming to Cafe Rio for their food. Given the circumstances with COVID-19, service appears to have slowed down a bit compared to pre-pandemic levels. This location has also not been known to be "quick" when ordering online or ordering at the restaurant. Portion sizes are decent; however, some employees are more generous with the main ingredients (meat, beans and rice) than others. Overall, it is a good value.

I have another Cafe Rio closer to me than this one. This one is so much better in everyway. The employees seem genuinely happy to be at work, the food is consistently amazing, and everything inside is always incredibly clean!
I've heard the GM talking to his employees a few different times and you can tell you genuinely cares about them. That is a huge deal to me and the fastest way to get me as a regular customer.

They're still open for pickup and are still incredibly fast getting orders out!

Good food, as usual. I like the brighter interior layout of this location. Line was very slow--at least 30 minutes. That is reason for downgrade in rating.
