    I’ve been here many times. They do a great job. I’ve occasionally had a missing item, but the positive experiences and the food far outweigh any negative. I am surprised that the overall rating on here isn’t at least 4.0 stars. They also have one of the best rewards systems around. I’ll be back!

    Traveling through from Austin TX on our way to Jackson Hole WY and got off the interstate to gas up and grab lunch. Saw Cafe Rio and decided to try Mexican grill food in Utah. Well, nice try to serve like Chipotle, however, our order was not right, quesadilla instead of enchilada that was ordered, missed serving the queso with the chips, salsa, and queso. Manager made a fair attempt to make it right by providing the queso at no cost. Young bus helper was the brightest experience here as he came by our seats several times and asked if we needed anything else as he went about cleaning.
