Best Mexican food for hundreds of miles, I’ve never had a bad meal and always look forward to seeing the truck open for dinner!!!! 5 stars ain’t enough I’ll give them 25
This taco truck really hit the spot after a tough day of hiking. Delicious burritos perfect for refueling. No frills and lovely staff. Highly recommend!
The carne asada burrito and quesadilla were both really solid. We were pretty impressed with the taste and quality. The taco truck really saved us from a dinner of convenience store snacks.
Guy running the truck was super nice and let’s get real finding a taco truck in the middle of no where is pretty awesome. I feel like the food was a good value for the price. This is comparing it to other taco places in Utah. Chill environment and nothing like some tacos after a day of hiking.
It's edible. Not very good, but edible. Tacos are too big for street tacos, too small to be an Americanized abomination. Al pastor is also not spit grilled, which means I think it's really adobada? That said they try hard, and that's worthy of credit.
