“I completely devoured my $9 sandwich with all my favorite veggies, pepper jack cheese, guacamole, and bacon. Now, how did the 4.99 ft long become a 9+ $ sandwich you ask. Well, after the cashier range my order up, I politely asked how much the 4 bacon slices had cost, $2. The guacamole $1.50. Moving forward, I'm learning allot of retail and restaurant associates aren't trained to make sure their guests are aware of pricing for additional items. ImI not in a Subway everyday. I don't keep tabs on they're pricing methods. Take care of your customers. Not everyone pays attention and as a caring associate/business it should be taken into consideration. People are distracted, busy, focusing on the tasks that are lying wait. Be business/consumer friendly. Educate the busy person about additional costs out of courtesy and chances are they'll thank you for it. They'll be more likely to return to a business that watches out for the needs of the person standing in front of them. Customer service otherwise was fine. Light conversation, clean looking store, polite cashier.”

“This Wendy’s is one of my favorite Wendy’s, the reason this Wendy’s is my favorite Wendy’s is because every time I go through the drive-through I don’t have to wait for my food. This Wendy’s has the best customer service I have ever seen at a restaurant, especially a fast food restaurant, I come to this Wendy’s on almost a weekly basis. On days that I am going through the front I get to talk with the employees and get to know them and they are some of the most hard-working teenagers I have ever seen if I could I would try and start my own business just with these employees that work for this wendys seeing them work as hard as they do!”

“I was super impressed! We both got the Pad Thai, mine with beef and my husband got shrimp. The service was quick, the restaurant was clean and I loved the decor. They had an awesome wall of rustic looking wood that gave the place an elegant vibe. The pad Thai was sweet and delicious. “My main reason for the high stars is how much my kids love this place. Their playland seems pretty lame to me but it amazes me how much fun my kids can have there! Even my 9 and 11 year old have fun playing, although for sure the main draw for them is the kids game computers. I shared pics of all the games--there are actually a lot! They could sit there for hours if I'd let them, and I like how many multi player games there are. I'm always grateful for any restaurant we can go to where my husband and I can eat in peace because our kids are busy playing. One star off because their food seems more on the high side to me compared to the deals available at McDonald's (app) or Carl's Jr. (great BOGO coupons I the mail). Although, the 10pc chicken nuggets for $1.49 is a pretty awesome deal of you like those! And sometimes nothing else sounds as good as a Whopper. ?”
