“I completely devoured my $9 sandwich with all my favorite veggies, pepper jack cheese, guacamole, and bacon. Now, how did the 4.99 ft long become a 9+ $ sandwich you ask. Well, after the cashier range my order up, I politely asked how much the 4 bacon slices had cost, $2. The guacamole $1.50. Moving forward, I'm learning allot of retail and restaurant associates aren't trained to make sure their guests are aware of pricing for additional items. ImI not in a Subway everyday. I don't keep tabs on they're pricing methods. Take care of your customers. Not everyone pays attention and as a caring associate/business it should be taken into consideration. People are distracted, busy, focusing on the tasks that are lying wait. Be business/consumer friendly. Educate the busy person about additional costs out of courtesy and chances are they'll thank you for it. They'll be more likely to return to a business that watches out for the needs of the person standing in front of them. Customer service otherwise was fine. Light conversation, clean looking store, polite cashier.”

“The pizza here is always fresh!!! We utilize the app and have been very impressed with its ease and how it speeds up the process. There are options for curbside delivery and pie pass to skip the line for a seamless pickup. Further our pizza is always ready in approximately 15 minutes regardless of it being two or six pizzas. This location is excellent and keeps us coming back. Our favorite is the pan crust; bbq sauce; pepperoni & pineapple. Another good one is pan crust; Alfredo sauce; premium chicken & green peppers. “I am a big fan of this hamburger restaurant! Don't worry though - if you're not in the mood for a hamburger, they have sandwiches and salads. The French fries and fry sauce are very good, but the tempura green beans are amazing! Get them with ranch dipping sauce. I've had the shakes and sundaes here and my only gripe is that they don't have hot fudge - just chocolate or strawberry sauce. Otherwise, the chocolate sundae is still tasty. They serve Coke products and teas, and a really tasty strawberry limeade that I get every time we go there. The staff is always friendly and often times comes around to check on you and ask how your meal is. They have clean restrooms and indoor and outdoor seating. The only other downfall to this restaurant is the lack of seating during busy meal times. They sometimes struggle with having available booths/tables if they are very busy. Otherwise, it is a great place!”

“It's the arby's closest to my house and I visit all the time. The food is on point, and the waits are not too bad. Since I end up getting fresh every time, I don't mind. My only issue is that customer service has been getting worse over the last few weeks. They used to be super friendly, even if it was only though the drive though speaker. However they have started being abrupt, and not nearly as welcoming. For now, they still earned 5 stars, but if the friendliness keeps dropping off, I might change my rating”

“I wasn't able to review on the subway website as I threw away my receipt. I really hope someone in management sees this. I came in to a really busy store today and was served by a man named Xavier. He had a brand new employee and only him in the store there with a really long line of customers. However, he was calm and efficient, training while still maintaining professionalism and speed helping out customers. I noticed him instructing his trainee about cleanliness and accuracy when taking orders. He also apologized to each customer about the wait I was extremely impressed with his grace and politeness. Whatever small amount you guys are paying him is not enough. He deserves a raise or at least consideration for promotion”
