“It is the first time that I've been to beans and brews coffee House in Salt Lake City Utah. It is quite a different experience to go and try some specialty coffee place compared to other franchise well known coffee houses in the country. My experience is very positive very friendly staff very knowledgeable I ask for help to figure out my needs this evening and there was right on top I'm very impressed drive through was open facility was clean and I'm going to share some pictures with you so you can experience yourself. “This place is amazing! The service is perfect and the drinks are fantastic. Prices are super cheap for the quality of product. I love how you can customize the ingredients and sweetness of your order so it's perfect for everyone. Parking is also good due to there being plenty of public parking spaces. The whole environment is warm and welcoming, it's comfortable to hang out and enjoy the ambiance. Bonus: One member of our party messed up his own order (NOT THEIR FAULT) but they were quick to offer to make it right. Which deserves special points in the customer service category. Overall: The entire experience was wonderful and I highly recommend this Presotea!”

“I would give it four stars based on drinks because I really wanted a Matcha Latte and they dont have Matcha powder. I do love the Revolver but i wanted something hot because it got cold outta nowhere today. The staff is more than 5 stars though, they were all happy and super helpful without being a bother. They made a Matcha Latte out of the green tea they have and it was pretty good in a pinch. The place was super clean and organized and at the time it was not to busy. I was able to plug in my laptop and get a lot of work done with no distractions. The staff were talking amongst themselves but whenever I got a phone call they stopped until I was done. (Not neccesary but super considerate) I am not a Starbucks hater, I do go there when it is convienient but whenever possible tey and support your local shops. Beans and Brews is consistently good with great service.”

“My daughter loves this place, so I will read it through her palate and my experience providing taxi services here. The staff is always super congenial, and the service is very efficient. We typically just use the drive-through, and we are in and out in five minutes. my daughter has her three favorite selections depending on her mood. And she never seems to be disappointed. “Good coffee, cool and friendly crews. We came in from a restaurant next door, half hour before closing. We hang out and enjoyed our coffee in the seating area. The crew were very nice and reminded us that they were closing in few minutes. She was very polite and friendly. Our coffee were served very hot which I really like and the place is well maintained. They also have pastries. They close at 8pm but I wish they close late especially on a Friday night or weekends.”

“I recently visited Beans and Brew, and I was completely blown away by the Cafe Mocha! It was hands down, the best Cafe Mocha that I've ever tasted, much better than Starbucks. The service at Beans and Brew was also outstanding. The baristas were friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer any questions I had and providing excellent recommendations. In addition to coffee, Beans and Brew has a great selection of teas and pastries that are baked in-house. In addition to the fantastic drinks and food, the cozy and cozy atmosphere makes it a great spot to work or meet up with friends. Overall, I had an outstanding experience at Beans and Brew, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great coffee spot. Don't forget to try the Cafe Mocha - you won't be disappointed!”

I'm 95% sure I was overcharged. 2 drinks for $14.99, 1 of them being a child's milk and the other a basic coffee sized small? It's on me for driving off and not realizing till later but still, not cool. Even putting the same drinks in the app it came out to half that price. Lastly, it would be nice if the employees would ask if I have a loyalty number. I forget half the time, again that's on me, but other places do and it's so nice to get those rewards. If you don't ask for a recipet your SOL for getting rewards if they didn't scan your number in the drive thru, again on me. A reminder would be nice.”

“First time visiting Kung Fu Tea, it was a pleasant experience! I love the games set up on the tables. A good way to spend time while enjoying drinks. My absolute favorite toppings are jellies and milk cap! The mango jellies are chewy and sweet. The milk cap is a little salty but creamy! Looks like an odd combination with taro slush but it’s actually pretty good. My husband liked his longan jujube tea too! No caffeine.”

It is a nice setting with seats inside and outside, handicap special seating and a wonderful location for meeting friends, working while eating and drinking a beverage, relaxing or just enjoying your beverage. The workers were nice and kind. I hope the pictures give you a good idea of how this location is set up. The ordering is on one side and the seats are on the other side.
