“I ordered the Dinerburger. It was very bland and under seasoned. It was also assembled upside-down. I am not sure if that's a thing they do or not tho. Fries were ok, needed a bit more time. The onion rings were pretty good tho. There were a lot of teenagers dining in this night we came so it was extremely loud. They were there visiting a friend working and some were eating. A Co worker had to tell the working friend to get back to work because he was taking the time to get 10 waters for his friends. Their frozen custard is really good tho!”

“Even though this is a relatively newer location, they’ve already stopped caring. When they first opened it was great. This last visit the chow me in has way to much cabbage and vegetables. They really skimped on portion sizes. My sweet Fire chicken had lots more pineapple than chicken. We bought a kids meal and even though the menu board said they get a cookie, they gave us apple crisps. When we went up to exchange it, they said cookie is not an option. Also on further inspection of the receipt, we realized they upcharged us for one of the entrees even though we didn’t get any of the upcharge items. Even though they had 8+ employees in the back and a table full of management in the lobby, service was slow and we had to wait for food to cook, and the restaurant was not busy. Also in my experience, they are pretty bad with their drive thru and order ahead. Prepare for a longer than anticipated wait and check to make sure you have all your food and it’s correct.”

“I would give it four stars based on drinks because I really wanted a Matcha Latte and they dont have Matcha powder. I do love the Revolver but i wanted something hot because it got cold outta nowhere today. The staff is more than 5 stars though, they were all happy and super helpful without being a bother. They made a Matcha Latte out of the green tea they have and it was pretty good in a pinch. The place was super clean and organized and at the time it was not to busy. I was able to plug in my laptop and get a lot of work done with no distractions. The staff were talking amongst themselves but whenever I got a phone call they stopped until I was done. (Not neccesary but super considerate) I am not a Starbucks hater, I do go there when it is convienient but whenever possible tey and support your local shops. Beans and Brews is consistently good with great service.”

“We pass this place all the time, but we don't go a ton because soda is so dang sticky. But it's really good when we do go, and their cookies are really good, too. There are just a few things I wish they'd focus on. Number one is to please find a new supplier for cups! Not only is Styrofoam so terrible for the environment, but the cups end up so sticky after the employee does all the mixing and it doesn't clean well as all. Also, more than once we've had incident of the cup just breaking when grabbing it, which makes a huge mess all over the place (my kids usually get root beer, I'm dying with the stickiness). Considering we don't go often, that's not a good sign. This is a biggie for me. I almost wanted to give 3 stars over this, but the overall quality of the product is quite likable. The other issues I have are the attention to detail on store cleanliness and presentation. Some consultation on this topic might be necessary. I do want to point out that the staff here is always nice and pleasant, and that's huge”

“It's easy to order at Zimbu because the vegan items, as well as the gluten free items, are clearly marked on the menu. Almost all of the food is out front on display letting you see what you're ordering. The food is also prepared in front of you. If you're curious about the flavor or spiciness of any item, samples are offered for you to try. If you're sensitive to spicy-hot food, be aware that there are a lot of spicy items. I ordered a rice bowl with chili tofu and coconut sauce. Both the tofu and sauce had hotness that I'd rate 4/10, which to me is hot but tolerable enough to still enjoy the food. I enjoyed my meal as did the other non-vegans in my group.”

“These guys are the best! They catered my best friends 40th surprise party and it was perfect! The food was so good and they even surprised us with delicious pineapple drinks. “I ordered this via DoorDash, and the restaurant filled my order quickly! The sauces were good, the fish wasn’t fishy, and the breading was too thick. I was expecting a thin batter, but this was bready, which caused it to hold too much grease. If you like thick batter, this would be perfect for you. The fries held up beautifully. Even though they were delivery, they were still crunchy after the arrived, which is rare!”
