“If you are not familiar with Oakley, Utah, then you need to experience it. And the highlight in Oakley is the Road Island Diner. They are famous for their quality and service. Steve understands the importance of organic and non-GMO ingredients as they elevate his made from scratch goods to another level. Locally sourced meats and treats (including gluten free) round out an already solid menu. Wonderful breakfasts, (fabulous gluten free pancakes) lunches, and legit prime rib on Friday nights. You will not regret stopping in. Their entire staff is wonderful and the experience is one of a kind.”
