“Yuta is a secluded high-end restaurant located near Wanship, about 25 minutes outside of downtown Park City, Utah. The restaurant is part of the luxury Auberge Hotel, on the Blue Sky Ranch and High West Distillery property. Attentive and friendly staff provide excellent service. Attractive decor. The light airy restaurant has an open kitchen, comfortable seating, and large sliding doors that open onto an outdoor patio. Views of the mountainside behind. Delicious food. Signature cocktails. Large wine list. Appetizers from $16 (green salad) - $22 (tuna). Entrees starting at $38 (homemade pasta) - $51 (ribeye steak). Desserts $14-$19. Signature cocktail $20. Wine starting at about $50 bottle. Prices Summer 2019. We had the tuna, salad, & octopus to start, the salmon, steak, pasta, and steelhead trout for entrees, and the chocolate torte and hibiscus soup for desserts. All excellent. “We had a pretty good time visiting the distillery today. Even during COVID times, this location is huge and they take reservations, walk-ins and are offering a very limited Sensory Tour. The Sensory Tour was pretty awesome and included the tasting of their 4 more common whiskey offerings. Highly recommended! We learned not only about the history of the distillery but about whiskey in general. The restaurant offers a variety of food. We ordered the Brisket Mac & Cheese, and their Cheeseburger. Both were delicious! For dessert, their version of a cinnamon bun was very tasty. The only reason why I don't give this a 5 star is because I feel like service could have been a little faster and definitely more attentive. Otherwise, great place and most definitely awesome whiskey!”
