The burrito was amazing loved it!!!!!!!!! Would definitely go again. Need to try the Wagyu sandwich.
The best tacos I’ve had in Utah! Absolutely delicious food and sweet owners. Doesn’t look like much but man, these tacos made me reconsider my plan of going vegetarian. I’ve just got to have more!
The wagyu is from their family farm in Utah (was it Oaksville?) and the lamb for the barbacoa is locally sourced as well. Don’t miss it, it just drips of mouthwatering flavor and comes with what must be home made salsas. Didn’t ask about the sourcing of the cochinita pibil (slow cooked pork) but it was just perfect, with thin rounds of freshly sliced habanero (optional, if you are a weakling ?).
It’s a simple looking food truck in the family front yard, with a couple of plastic chairs at socially distanced picknick tables under a big old for tree, but it’s basically my favorite new addition to the Heber Valley food scene. If that’s a thing. And listen, I worked as a food writer and editor for food magazines for the past eight years - I’m NOTORIOUSLY difficult to please. Give them a try if you like well cooked meat and real deal tacos!
