“I love Love this restaurant. The food is consistently delicious and fresh. And the customer service is always top notch. Rick served my wife and I, even honored a picture of a coupon I had left at home. Rick was helpful and courteous every step of the way. When the soda machine ran out of the soda I liked I mentioned it to him as he politely dropped our food off at our table, he kindly acknowledged it and thanked me for letting him know. He then immediately exchanged the soda, asked us how we were doing with our meals, and let me know that the cream soda had been replaced and was ready to go for me. I watched Rick help other customers as well and this experience was not unique. Rick took care of every guest and made me feel like a million bucks on a $10 meal. If the food wasn’t enough of a reason to come back, this type of customer service will bring me back in the door time and time again! Amazing job!”

“Great smoothies! I tried the island pitaya bowl, which is one of the pricest things on the menu. It was smaller than I thought, just a little bigger than my Yoplait yogurt. This location was out of one of the ingredients for it, offered a substitute, and they forgot to add honey which is on the toppings list. It was still good, better when it started to melt, but I'll probably just stick to their smoothies.”

“We’ve been here several times and I understand that COVID has been hard on us all but whenever we order for pick up we are constantly told “oh, it will only be another 10-20 minutes.” If it only happened once to twice I’d understand, sometimes there are just delays, but it’s happened every time for us. I’ve even heard them say the same thing to people ahead of us. If the food is just going to take awhile I wish they’d at least make the wait time more accurate. The staff and food are always amazing which is why this is much more disappointing. I love to eat there but it makes life complicated and it’s very frustrating to deal with this. I hope they can fix this because like I mentioned the food is fantastic. So I’d only recommend eating here if you have a lot of spare time on your hands and don’t mind waiting in your car for much longer than expected.”

“The people here were really nice. We got seated quickly and got our soup served to us right after ordering, which was great. Our food did take a little while, but not a long time considering we were a group of 7 and we did have the soup to tide us over for a minute. The portions were large on the combination dinner platters. The individual food orders were large as well and the rice bowl that comes with it was enough for 2-3 people. The food was above par compared to other Chinese restaurants and we would definitely go here again.”
