“I heard there was a new Indian restaurant that EVERYONE was saying was really good, so I had to go find out for myself. Everyone was right. Really good food and the service is GREAT. Also, if you are looking for halal food, the server told me that the goat and the lamb are halal. Both were really tasty. If you’re debating between the two, the goat is a little more tender and flavorful but you can’t go wrong with either dish. Similar to other reviews though, if you like real spice, make sure to tell them to make it spicy. I think they cater to the typical Utah palate when it comes to spice level. It’s located where the old Panda Express was in Roy, so it’s not a super fancy atmosphere but it is still a nice vibe. It does get a little cold in there though so bring a jacket in the colder seasons. Price is on par with other Indian restaurants. Portion sizes are fair. Great service, great food, 5 stars!”

“Went to this location yesterday (6/30/20 about 6 pm) with my dog and two kids in the car. They wouldn’t settle for anything less than pizza for dinner. I ordered in the midst of a crowd. It was dinner time and a big rush, obvious they were behind and all working to catch up. Had to wait outside for the pizza because only 4 guests are allowed in the lobby at a time. There were dozens of people waiting and it took longer than expected, but the staff remained kind when some customers I noticed were not. I wish rather than timing each minute going by and losing their patience, more people took notice to the continued customers flowing in to add on orders and the fact that not a single employee was standing around. Thank you for working so quickly to help me feed my family. Even in a rush the quality was great! I am sorry for the customers that didn’t treat you well. We appreciated your customer service and hard work!”

“Went to the Riverdale location. My dog hates masks and was barking when I pulled up to pay. The cute girl saw him and came back with a dog treat and whipped cream. This automatically made him stop barking and he was good the rest of the time. Thank you so much! I went to get their pumpkin drink, and they are so good. They are actually pumpkin drinks and not pumpkin drinks that have more spice like other places. I love their fall options from the drinks to the treats. Definitely going to scooters every time now for coffee, and treats.”

“My husband and I happened upon this gem of a restaurant last night when we saw how slammed the Burger Bar was. We both enjoy Thai food and thought we'd back track a bit and give Thai Khao Kaeng Express and Pizzeria a try. The odd mash up of foods got our attention and the smell when we walked through the door was amazing! The staff was very friendly and efficient, the restaurant was spotlessly clean, and the service was prompt and accurate. We ordered cream cheese wontons to start and they were perfectly crisp with soft cream cheese inside. The sweet chili dipping sauce was perfect with them. I ordered the Thai Ginger Pork Stir Fry for dinner and it is truly excellent. The flavors are well balanced, the ginger is present but not overpowering, and the vegetables were crisp and delicious. The white rice was also cooked to perfection. Per Thai tradition, there were chopped peanuts to sprinkle on top and they really added to the flavor profile. I highly recommend this place. We plan to return in the future so our children can have pizza and my husband and I can have delicious Thai food!”
