“I put an order on door dash for Jamba ... They cancelled my entire order cause they couldn't make everything, vs refunding me and completing what they could of the order, like we discussed on the phone. When I was told they cancelled it, I basically cried.... I've been up all night, sick af from some Wendy's chili (DON'T EVER EAT THE CHILI, EVEN IF THEY MESS YOUR ORDER UP AND IT'S LATE AT NIGHT AND YOU HUNGRY AF, DO NOT EAT IT!!!) After being sick all night, and only able to hold down a little water, I decided I needed to get some nutrients in me. Jamba is usually my go to, a smoothy and a juice shot are great when you feel like this. I was beyond grateful when I saw Roxberry was an option. The reviews are great, the prices are great, and the selection they offer is unparallel. They legit had a couple specific options for my current sick situation. It got here, it's so good, tastes so fresh, I am truly grateful! You guys had no idea when you were preparing my order that this was literally going to save my life tonight and hopefully have me feeling better for work tomorrow! Thank you guys so much, thank you for being open this late, thank you thank you thank you! You have a new customer for life!!!!”

“I recently took some individuals with disabilities to the Midland Road store. The food and drinks were great, but the service was terrible. The server, young Latina, was patient and accommodating toward the individual's. The rest of the staff were rude, impatient, and overly hostile. When the drinks were finally completed, I decided to purchase a muffin for myself. I made the purchase and then waited for about 10 minutes for it to be handed to me. Mind you, the muffin display was less than 2 feet away from the register. When I asked for the muffin, 6 waiting 10 minutes, two servers gave me a hostile attitude, stating they'd get it for me shortly. It was then I noticed the servers grouped together near the back of the store talking. I asked again for my muffin and was told they were busy and would get it for me shortly. My group was the only people in the store, and there was a single car in the drive-through. If they had any customer service training, they would have realized the whole transaction could have gone much smoother if they took the 20 seconds or so to just hand me the muffin. They spent much more time explaining why they didn't deliver the good. My rating: very unfriendly.”

“I realize COVID-19 has impacted even the largest organizations globally. This rating is not a reflection of those issues, as I understand businesses are doing all they can to combat those challenges. Nevertheless, our experience was somewhat disappointing. The place was beautifully recently renovated, but whoever’s in charge of cleaning is not using the products the way they are to be used. White gross streaks were found on everything. Although the place was clean, you wouldn’t know it with those streaks all over. Also, our buns were so stale, not fresh at all. When we visited, no one else was in the lobby. When our order was ready, we had to get up out of our seats and grab the food. In ANY other case, it wouldn’t have bothered me but when it’s clear it’s a sloooow night and they had nothing better to do, it bothered me they they couldnt walk 10 feet to serve the ONLY customer in the place. Some positives .. the building itself was really impressive.. new, fresh and very chic. A even better positive .. it only cost us $28 bucks to feed a family of 6 ! I felt that deserved an extra star.”
