“We loved the place, the food and the service. We had a boar filled pastry and the lamb rack which were both delicious and fresh! The staff was great and the chef also gave us some treats (tomato soup, Vietnamese salad roll, cheese topped with jam). Absolutely recommended!”

“Good straightforward food, well prepared. We were pleasantly surprised by the salad bar, which had both fresh veggies and cooked salads, with plenty of fixings. The maple butter is ridiculously good, and because it was super busy the night we were there, the server was kind enough to bring us a second helping with warm bread. We ate out on the deck because the weather was beautiful, so the setting was amazing. I had roast chicken, and it was caught at that perfect moment when it was exactly cooked through but not in the least overdone. That's good cooking!”

“Great food and cocktail selection, and a very cute place. Might have just been tonight but service was really bad, and I'm normally not one to complain on a Saturday night out. Everything we ordered from the bar we had to order twice because it would either be forgotten or wouldn't make its way to the kitchen. Not the bartenders' fault but you could tell they were running out of glasses. I'm not sure if the guy with the long goatee is the owner, but he was super cranky and giving my mom a hard time when she was getting seats at the bar. The pate and cheeseboards are great, so I'll definitely be back and am expecting a better experience based on other reviews. Will update if so.”
