“Mon Vert Cafe is in a great location. It’s a very cute and homey cafe. Their coffee is good and they also offer an extensive tea menu. I had the French toast and classic breakfast sandwich for take out and they were both okay. I did have to wait awhile to get my order and I did have to drive a bit so I’m sure if I had ate it on the spot it would’ve been fine. One thing I can rave about though is their chocolate croissant. It is honestly the best choco croissant I ever had. The breading is so delicious and the chocolate compliments it so well. I had to go back and purchase an extra croissant bc I knew I wouldn’t want to split it with my boyfriend. I’ll definitely be back.”

“I had The Local without meat and added a avocado. Very good vegetarian option The croissant tasted fresh. Also I had the waffle with berries, a generous portion of the barriers. They have all variations of espresso drinks but I only had drip coffee which was decent. Be prepared for long line on Saturday morning.”

“Awesome food and coffee - both quality and selection. Odd hours (closed Sundays), and service can be suspect. But beggars can’t be choosers in the Upper Valley.”

“Great surprise! Was looking for an outdoor place so that we could enjoy delicious food and our shepherd could relax. Found it here! Was there for lunch on our way home from northern VT. Super friendly service, great selection of food, beer and wine, from an outdoor food "camper". Basic to gourmet. So glad we found it. Weirdly ended our vacation better than it started!”

“It's a shame they changed the name, and now no longer have donuts, but the quarter pounder was yummy, also the coffee reminded me of when ma used to take regular beans n' fry em up then drain the grease for us kids. Good memories”

“We arrived late but the staff was very helpful. We ordered our breakfast sandwiches to go as one person in our group had a small dog. The Portuguese muffins absolutely made the sandwich! So much tastier than an English muffin. The doughnuts they make are also delicious! We will definitely be back again.”

“This is a new option for a quality cup of tea, coffee or smoothie in the Dartmouth College, Upper Valley area. The place is small but welcoming and cheerfully designed. The service is friendly, courteous and fairly speedy. The food menu is not very extensive and if they are out of a few ingredients as they were at the time of placing my order, it becomes very limited. They do offer vegan lunch options and even baked goods. WiFi is free for those in the know and parking can be found easily for a work on the go session. Their operation overall seems very sustainably conscious and their juices come in Mason jars. They also have free tap water to compensate for the slightly unbalanced portion to price ratio of their offerings. Overall it is a welcome addition to the area.”

“What a nice cozy place this is. I was looking for a late dinner after I got to town and I'm so glad I found Tuckerbox. I ordered the lamb casserole and it was excellent. The lamb was tender and flavorful and the mix of vegetables they used worked well with the lamb. There was just a bit of heat to the spice blend which is always welcomed by me. For dessert I ordered the almond pudding. It was a nice, delicate pudding and was so good. I wanted to try their baklava but I was so full I just couldn't eat any more.”

“The bar/restaurant are amazing. I have never had even a "good" meal here, they are all incredible. The drinks are delicious, complex, refreshing, and they cater to all palettes. Same with their food, its homemade, local, and lick-the-plate tasty. They really treat their drinks and food like an art form. Staff is friendly and helpful when you don't know what to choose (because it is all THAT good). They only take reservations for 5+ so make sure you find some friends because they fill up FAST.”

“Never judge a book by its cover. My husband had been here 3 years ago, and it was so good then, he added it as a favorite on his GPS (we live on Long Island!) The inside is welcoming and cozy. It's clean. Great sandwiches! I had the best cup of coffee ever. I mixed flavors, chocolate, hazelnut and regular! Great customer service, welcoming and accommodating! A must stop when you're in the area! I was too full from lunch to try dessert, their pies looked amazing.”
