Piece Out Del Ray

Everything was super yummy and reasonably priced! It took quite a while to get our food, but the staff was attentive and polite.

Editing this review, as we've had it twice now. First review is below. I am updating this review from 4 to 5 stars, as this pizza is so dang good! My one piece of constructive criticism they have addressed as well, which is awesome. They have a carry out sign outside and it was very easy and helpful. Very excited to have this place in our neighborhood!!

Original: Just tried last night with carryout. The three of us all loved the Piece Out pie we had. Pizza is me and my wife's favorite food and this didn't disappoint!! Crust is great and homemade. Toppings are clearly good quality.

Constructive criticism: their carryout was confusing and they looked disorganized. There isn't a clear line, signage, or individual telling you the status of your pizza. They did just open up, but they need someone running the show for the carry-outs to make it less confusing and stressful. Pizza was still worth it and I'll be ordering from there again.

From the local small restaurant group that also has Cafe Pizziaolo, this is a welcome addition to the neighborhood!

Their gluten free dough is the best in town.

Bonus points for the $6 lunch special for a slice and house pilsner beer! (As of August 2020)

The pizza could use more tomato sauce. (I'm from Westchester, NY so I'm a bit picky with my pizza) But over all is was good. The waitress was wonderful, super attentive. Loved the Rosè slushy!!!
