“Decent food as decent as McDonald's is going to get. I would give it a (5*) for the food but of course that's not the only thing that counts. Inside it wasn't very clean (3*), the employees were nice but not that attentive to customer's orders. Twice in two days they got the orders wrong and took forever to complete them (2*). So all in all if you have time to spare and don't expect anything great than this place is your to go spot.”

“By far, best hookah establishment in the Richmond area. I don't know anywhere else that serves alcohol, food and hookah all-in-one. The staff are friendly and exceed the customer service standard. The pricing is reasonable! Some great amenities to mention are a public video game console, very clean restrooms, music, open lounging and huge TVs. “Recently remodeled and it looks great. The pizza is good although I do feel like it has lost it's touch that it once had, but perhaps that's just me. What stops me from giving this place anything higher than a 4*, is the slowness of serving costumers. I think they need to be trained better and have better work ethics on how to keep the costumers happy. Half of their job is "feeding" the costumers, the other half is making sure the costumer is happy and that should be for every establishment, no matter how big or small.”

I ordered the smoked brisket and it was l the most tender brisket I've had and the Mac and cheese was also delicious. I also had the fried pickles and they were the best I've had in Virginia. “iThaiz is a restaurant of superior quality. Whatever you liked from every Thai restaurant you have patronized, this one is the best. Consistent quality in every dish. The ingredients on the menu are actually the ingredients in the dish! (I have been noticing in other restaurant ventures this is not always the case.) Sauces and curries are full of flavor yet not flooding the plate nor overwhelming. There is a delicate balance with lemon, basil, coconut milk, for example, which comes across the palate like trumpets heralding their arrival. Tom yom soup with shrimp and coconut milk is amazing. Same with the savoring tastes in their Pad Thai. Try one. Grateful to the owners for creating an oasis of Eastern goodness!”

Sweet Potato fries I definitely recommend, and the burgers are delectable and I could eat them like they were potato chips, one after another. The sauces are great too, especially the honey mustard. I love getting together with the family and dining on a family favorite restaurant. It is also a good place to just go by yourself or a friend or two. O' Charleys will forever hold great memories of being with family and having a good time. And don't get me started on the Cotton Candy Shirley Temple, it is an amazing beverage.
