Friendly staff! That warm energy invites patrons to be friendly as well. Only issue I have is it gets busy and I can't always find an outlet for my laptop.

1) First, congrats! You were lucky enough to find your true North Point in the heart of Reston - yes, as it’s name applies, it’s a place you can rest on
2) If you needed a confirmation or a sign that you’re at the right place, “444” marks the spot (yes, angels congregate here)
3) You’ll notice pervasive radiance of generosity and nobility as soon as you enter - that’s because barista Kareem carries these in his name and in all that he does to make everyone feel at home
4) How about trying something totally new? Like that delisioso, gorgeous, ever so precious gem, Iced Green Tea Latte? Let Isaac pick your drink of the day! He’ll brighten your day without even trying - his infectious smile, storytelling skills exemplary professionalism, ethics, and dedication to service, all reflect the highest standards you can expect from any true Earth sign. Speaking of signs, Leo is here too - she is a phenomenal conversationalist.

6) Finally, you’ll get your wish fulfilled with your first sip of Jeannie’s magical Green Ice Tea Lemonade! Last but not least, Manny, the man made the absolute best, dare I say “royal”, Dragon drink just for me to celebrate successful crowning of my “almost-extracted” wisdom tooth.

Got a ice coffee and it was enjoyable. Fast service and they where very nice.

Very clean and well organized store. All guys are very personable (mutual eye contact and greeting) and friendly. Little mistakes may happen but if they are taken care of on time and in a professional manner, the experience is still great! Thank you so much! :)

It's a good Starbucks I've been going to for 15+ years. Seating is not that plentiful, though. The staff are mostly veterans and VERY friendly. A few of the new staff are taciturn and get orders wrong but all of the staff that have been there longer term are great. Truly has a neighborhood/familiar feel due to the non high turnover of staff.
