Didn't have a shake since its pricey, but the fries were worth walking the extra flight of stairs. Burger was better than McD's but not as great as Five Guys.”

“I order pick-up from this location almost on a weekly basis, and I've always had a great experience. In the past two years, I've had my order made wrong twice but I never told them of the issue so I can't fault them, as I didn't give them a chance to correct it. My go-to is an Avocolada with a Southwest Breakfast Wrap, and it is perfect to me. This is a great location- convenient, clean, and friendly employees.”

“The staff is extremely friendly and efficient, and accommodating to larger groups of people. Even with a busy lunch hour I don't wait more than 15 minutes for food. Very modern setting and everything on the lunch menu from the hibachi to the 3 roll special to the chirashi is top notch. Best chirashi I've had in the area. Have been eating here 3x a week for lunch for the past 5 years and have nothing but positive things to say. I would absolutely recommend to anyone for a nice dinner or a group work lunch, I truly don't think you'll be disappointed with the food, service, or atmosphere.”

“Overall the ice cream is good. Cold Stone does a really nice job of having a wide selection of flavors and serving options which makes it a great place to take the family. Not to mention that prices are pretty reasonable. It's a great place to GET ice cream if you're in the area, but it's not a great place to EAT ice cream. Seating inside the shop is unbelievably limited (just a bar that is literally inches from people standing in line). Outside is no better. Cold Stone doesn't have any seating options outside and the benches and standing table next to the store are reserved for customers of another restaurant. Seems like a bit of an oversight to me. I recommend getting the ice cream to go and walking back over the the central area of Mosaic. There's plenty of places to sit there and it gives you more to do.”

“It's more like 3.5 stars. Although we went on a Sunday I'd imagine it is pretty hard to get in and out of the area otherwise. The absence of condiments is noticeable. You have to ask for everything. We would go again if in the area. However there was nothing particularly out of the ordinary there. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit that particular store.”

“Food was mediocre. I liked my fish and chips. Bacon wrapped meatloaf looked dry. Mac and cheese was dry. Bryan was great. Wings are a good flavor. I feel like they smoke their wings first. Maybe not. Sauce is nice and zesty. Salmon cooked medium well automatically. Again Bryan was rad. Funnel straws were fresh. Sweet and soft. WAS YOUR TRIVIA HOST REAL OR NOT?......Probably go back but for pub foods. Cool plastic atmosphere. Great service. Stupid dumb mac and cheese.”

“One of the best restaurants in NOVA by far. The set up is beautiful and the food is really good. We ordered the mixed plate for 4 people and it was more than enough and the meat was delicious. Highly recommend this place for groups of 4 or more. We also went to dinner early because we have two small kids and didnt want the loud music that starts late on Saturday nights. “Open Road is a great location for an end of the day, end of the week meal. Weekends are fun too and I have heard the brunch is nice. The menu covers a wide variety, so it’s hard to go wrong. Waiting times aren’t long if there are any. They have a huge dining area and it extends to a patio which is nice.”
