“Delicious food and wonderful baked goods! The family that hosts this charming little strip mall bakery and cafe are so friendly they made us want to come right back. Sandwiches are so stuffed that they are a little messy to eat, but the homemade bread is truly worth it. Both our teenagers lived the place and carried off a big bag of baked goods for later. Good food that is an exceptional value. And the best coffee I’ve had in the area!”

“Service was not the greatest, although that was expected from the reviews and it was quite busy. The sour cabbage and pork soup was a huge disappointment, due to the fact that they use sauerkraut in the dish, as opposed to Chinese pickled cabbage. The broth even tasted like sauerkraut and was not authentic at all. As the most expensive item on the menu, I expected more. The Lili's special friend dumplings were below average. The shell was too thick and not that crispy, although the filling was flavored nicely. The soup dumplings were also a huge disappointment. They stuck to the steamer and all of the broth fell through the cracks. The shell was also too thick. The inside was flavored well, lots of ginger. And in the few where I did get some broth, it was quite good. Finally, the fried ribs were the only good thing I had that I enjoyed. They had a nice crisp and were seasoned nicely with some herbs and garlic.”

However they marked their hours on the door as closing at 11, we got there at 10, and at 10:25 they told us the kitchen is closed, it's an all you can eat hot pot, so once the kitchen closes you're basically done. It isn't like you're ordering one big meal it's small dishes throughout your stay. You can't say you close at 11 but shut the kitchen and sauce bar down at 10:25. I wasn't even told before we started eating or I would have left. Beware only eat here in the middle of the day. Update: We went back and had lunch a couple weeks ago and the experience was better. Portion sizes were much more consistent. Flavor was great as before. As it was in the middle of the day I can't comment on how late night service is, but I can definitely recommend this establishment during the day as everything was great.”

“I brought my Korean friend here and he said that their fried chicken is the closest to actual Korean fried chicken that he's had in America. This is where I come when I crave Korean comfort food and soju. This is a place to go if you want a Korean experience. Great food, soju, and ahjushis smoking right outside the door hanging out with younger ladies. It's all here! Dishes that must be eaten for a Korean foodie night life experience: fire chicken feet, fried chicken, green onion fried chicken. Must be downed with soju and/or Korean malt beer.”
