“I'm writing a post about this location because I wanted to highlight what I thought to be good customer service by the food prep personnel. I ordered food here for me and my family from the self order kiosk,and when I ordered there wasn't a receipt. 10 minutes later, no food. 15 minutes later... Still no food. Almost 20 minutes later I walk to the counter and find out that my order was skipped! Thankfully, there was a gentleman there who not only found my order but made it promptly and apologized. We all make mistakes sometimes, but what stood out to me was the prompt customer service I got when there was a problem. Thanks for making my experience wonderful in the midst of a busy dinner service”

“It was called Ashland Coffee and Tea. We ate great food and saw the MidLife Crisis Band from Charlottesville. The whole experience was great. It felt like we were spending the evening with old friends. The owner even stopped by and introduced herself. After the show we mingled with the band and the staff talking about the history of Ashland, the railroad and the building. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ashland Coffee and Tea. It was fantastic.”

“Met some friends last Tuesday for lunch, it was my first time. Large seating area, apparently they have been there a long time, which shows a little. The menu is quite large, they do have good lunch specials that come with a drink. I ordered a steak and cheese with onion rings. (7 bucks) It was quite tasty, except it had lettuce & tomatoes which I had asked not to have. The server did offer to fix, but the food took a bit to come out , and I didnt want to wait. It still tasted good. One person had the pasta with meat sauce, one had a meat pizza. Everyone enjoyed the food.”

“It took us quite a while to get out of the place and there was hardly anybody in front of us. Not sure why it took 30 minutes to get through there we actually went inside thinking it would be quicker but it definitely was not. The food was warm when we got it which was a plus but we were in a hurry because we were driving all day and standing there how far was very unpleasant”

The lamb is delicious! Chef Markos and his staff are extremely interactive with the patrons.....readily providing suggestions and seeking feedback on your dining experience. This was my fourth opportunity to savor the food and wine at GreeX since their opening a few months ago.....greatly looking forward to the next!”
