“This is hit or miss. Avoid in peak hours or be prepared to wait. Some staff do half A job cleaning tables. The menus don't get wiped like they should. Never lay silverware on the table. Put napkins down. Place needs new flooring and bathrooms. Waffles are good but hold the big pad of butter. Grits cooked right. Hash browns can be good if right cook. Need to work on training staff on how to respond to complaints. Yes you can make mistakes just fix it. Don't question the customer. We pay for food and should get what we ordered and cooked right.”

“The way it works here is that you pay for your food first and then they will bring it to your table. Is a very casual place and family friendly. Whatever you order will come with two sides. “Guest and I had a very good experience. Service was good and friendly. + I ordered baked potato soup and margarita grilled chicken. The soup was hot and flavorful. The chicken was tender and plenty. + Guest ordered baked potato soup and 6oz sirloin steak. The steak was cooked at the perfect temperature as per request. The accompanying mashed potatoes came loaded with cheese and bacon at no extra cost. The guest enjoyed their meal. Will definitely return to this location.”

“I have been going to the Panera in Glen Allen- The Summit (off Broad Street) nearly every day on my way to work for a couple of years. Recently they have remodeled but it seems that there's some things that have not been worked out since the remodeling. I always enjoy the fresh brewed iced tea that they have at Panera. However since the remodel every morning the tea tastes stale and sometimes has sediment in it to the point I've actually thrown it away. I've tried every day for a couple of weeks and it's been consistently stale as if it was made the day before and left to sit. I have typically really enjoyed this Panera; it's very convenient. I really hope they will get back in their groove with fresh products everyday. Update 06.25.2019: This Glen Allen Panera seems to be back to its old self with fresh brewed tea. The remodel seems to be complete and it looks modern and inviting.”

“While the look and feel of the place (nice pool table) and the staff were all good, this 5 Star rating is all about the “Traditional Cheeseburger.” I’m staying at the hotel for a company meeting. Everyone else went to town for dinner but I stayed behind thinking I’d grab a quick bite and catch up on my work. I ordered the Traditional Cheeseburger while making phone calls and only half thinking - not really knowing what to expect. And when it arrived I was preoccupied watching a Training video up until the moment I took a bite! I took my headset off and stopped everything I was doing. This humble looking burger got and deserved my full attention. It was cooked exactly as ordered and was easily one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. No special sauce or secret ingredients- cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion. It was perfect in its simplicity.”
