“I came here with my family about 2 weeks ago. I'm from North Carolina and never heard of this place till not Virginian family suggested it. Boy am I glad they did! It was clean on the inside. I can tell they keep up with the place. The food was on point, really good! I loved the fact that the shrimp was flavorful and not greasy!!!! We even came back the next day with more family to try and I just recently found out that they have one in North Carolina!!!! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because both times we came you could see the disappointment from staff members that we came close to closing. Though you may be closing in 10 15 minutes the doors are still open and they should not allow customers to see frustrations. That's my only negative, other than that food was great and I will be back.”

“This is my favorite JJ and is by far the best I’ve been to; it’s probably the most consistent food establishment (among the very many restaurants) in this area. I eat here once a week on my lunch break; they know my order and it’s correct every time. “I love Panera and eat there whenever possible. My only complaint was that the scoop of Mac and cheese from the pick 2 seemed ridiculously small...minor problem for an overall great experience. The service was outstanding from start to finish and the employee helping clean might have been the nicest guy I've ever seen in a Panera. I overheard him explaining the tea options to a woman and he kindly came over and offered to clear our plates when we were finished. Outstanding service on his part and he did it with a smile on his face. If I make it back there I will single him out to the manager and commend his exceptional service!”

I've been to several different Tropical Smoothie locations and the customer service is always superb.
