“Wanted to love it. As more ice cream places pop-up, the competition will become tough for them. The strawberry milkshake is on par with McDonald's. Overall I just didn't feel it. Will note they are generous with the whipped cream and the presentation of the shake and ice cream was good. Perhaps I will try them again in a few months. Service was great. Saw a comment with social distancing... It appears they are doing their best on that. It's our job to keep our distance.”

“We had the Bilstad's Beignets and they're really good. We've had Louisiana beignets (Café du Monde) and Texas beignets (there are several places in Houston area). These are up there in terms of texture, softness, and being very airy. The best thing about the beignets are you can reheat them and they still tasted great. Other places, you'd have to eat them right away. Can't reheat them or freeze them. After we reheat them, we sprinkle with more powdered sugar as they tend to melt when they're stored too long in the bag as well as being in the toaster oven. $8 for 6 beignets. My youngest LOVES these so much. Would highly recommend.”

“Great place new to the area! Suitable for breakfast, coffee and dinner. The color inside is so unique and modern. The waitress serving us was very pretty. Reasonable price. It is loud though like a bar atmosphere.”
