“This gotta be the best-roasted coffee I have had in a very long time, reminds me of the natural roasted coffee from El Salvador the way my family used to homemade roast, so many childhood memories. “We had the Bilstad's Beignets and they're really good. We've had Louisiana beignets (Café du Monde) and Texas beignets (there are several places in Houston area). These are up there in terms of texture, softness, and being very airy. The best thing about the beignets are you can reheat them and they still tasted great. Other places, you'd have to eat them right away. Can't reheat them or freeze them. After we reheat them, we sprinkle with more powdered sugar as they tend to melt when they're stored too long in the bag as well as being in the toaster oven. $8 for 6 beignets. My youngest LOVES these so much. Would highly recommend.”

They have several pastries but there are rooms for improvements on their pastry quality and selections. There is a special section for kids and I’m sure your kid would love seeing that section and your kid(s) would enjoy their selections and you may end up buying gift for them or other kids in the family. “I have gone to this 7-11 for years! It is convenient and easy to get to. You can catch the light and turn right into it. They have an outside tire pressure/vacuum machine. (note that the tire pressure machine takes $1.50 in quarters) They have a slurpee machine that usually has some of the flavors not working- but plenty of options. They have had the same staff working there for years as well and the store is always well stocked.”
