Super yummy!! Happy Hours....Mon-Thurs 1pm -7pm and Fri 1pm-9pm. Smothered Turkey chops and Turkey wings on point!

Man....the ???? n Grits....mac-n-chz... cornbread...oh sweet baby Jesus!! Our server name was *~*LAE*~* she was great!! The music was bumping but not loud at all...smooth R&B...I got the shrimp and grits app it was entree sized...had to take it to go!! Overall it was great!!

The service was so warm and inviting. They served you and made you feel glad that you came. I was there for my birthday luncheon with my bestie Cheryl. A party of 2 or 22 they accommodate you with excellent service. I have no complaints only praises.

I was told about this place during searching for a hotel. He recommended this restaurant with high colors, his face lit up when telling us. So we decided to go and oh, what a surprise, it was awesome nicely located, friendly, clean, relaxing just had a certain vibe that invited you in. The staff was pleasant, helpful just added to the pleasantness, our orders were easily placed, the menu had so many look to be tasty choices, and they were just that..I ordered the pork chops fried with rice and gravy with candied yams. The food was delicious, 2 chops just right fried not too hard and fresh, reasonably priced and an well portioned serving. I plan on trying at least another one or two more meals, they definitely will win you over if you try it. So don't waste another moment you have got to try this awesome homecooked menu.

Unfortunately District is a hit or miss. I don't know if it's different cooks or if have to go on different nights but every time I go I have different experiences. Last night my turkey wings were cold, my rice was crunchy and I got the thinnest piece of cornbread ever. If that was my first time going there I would not have returned, but it wasn't. Everything tastes as if it was sitting for a long time, didn't have that fresh taste.Last time I went I had excellent service my girl was amazing. Everything was seasoned right and I had nice big portions on all my sides. The biggest piece of cornbread ever. The prices are amazing but like stated earlier, it's either a hit or miss. I don't know what to expect each time I go in. Maybe next time my favorite waitress will be back and I have a better experience.
