“OLD SCHOOL ESPRESSO You read that right! With places all over converting to a single origin, light roasted espresso, and pour-overs that taste like strawberry jam this place shines a light of uniqueness! "Everyone is so different they are all the same" I ordered a small latte (priced very aggressively at $3 even) and a breakfast bagel and couldn't have been happier. The espresso was prepared skilfully and tasted like some of the stuff I remember from the early 2000s: Bold, robust, chocolate, maybe a bit of leather, and sweet whole milk. I've been drinking so much light stuff (which admittedly I really enjoy) I forgot where espresso in the US started. The bagel sandwich was awesome, and the sauce they used was legendary. I couldn't have asked for a better sandwich. I will say, for a day of working at a cafe, the seating did leave a bit to be desired. There were a few spots to perch but I'm really tall, so the table/booth combo didn't have the best ergonomics. I will also say... This won't stop me from coming here again to do a day out of the office. Between flavor, drink quality, vibe, pricing, and a Barista that ACTUALLY TALKS TO CUSTOMERS! Skip the 'Bucks and become a regular at this amazing espresso-themed watering hole. I absolutely love this place.”

“I just wanted to say since Tracy has been at this store I feel a difference in the ENTIRE atmosphere. I visit this 711 quite frequently upon traveling to visit my fiance. Prior to Tracy's arrival I would rarely get as much as a hello when going for my usual. One day, I was feeling a bit down and it was my first time encountering Tracy and she just came over and greeted me. She simply asked if I was having a good day. It wasn't what she said, it was just the fact that she acknowledged me and it made a huge impact on me. Ever since that day, I look forward to seeing her. I encourage the 711 brand to hire more people such as Tracy. People that make 711 more of a family oriented atmosphere. Tracy needs to work for corporation as the Chief Brand Ambassador. She works hard and I see her very frequently now, as if she even work 7 days a week. Not that she seems to complain but she is in well deserving of some type of an award for her due diligence. Didn't mean to make this a book a but I had a lot to say about a good person that is a great image for your company.”

“Went into store with a mask on and it was barely on my nose lady asked to pull it up no problem meanwhile hers is sitting directly beneath her nose she tells me I didn't pull it far enough then tells me I can leave the store first thing wrong 7/11 does not meet the the states requirement to enforce masks second they have a self serve bar with common tongs and an open air gap to expose the food your big gulp cups and coffee cups are all common use the lids are shoved in there spaces forcing people to multiple lids to get one condiments are exposed to everybody and third meanwhile while I was in line ther were two black guys in the store with masks around there chin and that was ok I suppose health department will be contacted”

“I'm not sure why so many people are complaining about customers hustling. I live nearby and I go here very often and have not once been hustled or asked for money. There is occasionally a long line just like most businesses but it moves rather quickly they are very friendly and talkative but they know how to multitask and still move a line. I went in today to get a frozen pizza and one of the clerks offered to cook one of these 7-Eleven pizzas with which I've never tried, so I said sure why not she had it done rather quickly and it did not taste better at all friendly atmosphere.”

Most importantly the beverages are consistently excellent. The one inside Kroger on Fredrick has none of those. This sure is a little further to drive, but absolutely worth it!”

“I've been stopping at this location on average twice a week on way to work for several years now. I NEVER had an issue with any of the employees. Each morning they greet me and always have my order ready for pick-up. I use the DD APP Order-on-the-go. Sure, there has been a couple of times where the app shows the order placed and receipt on the app shows the money was taken from my account however, the order never made it to the store. If the store does not see the order in their system then they cannot fulfill the order. As far as the store is concerned the order was not placed. It is no fault to the store. I re-order in the store then later I simply call the 1-800 DD APP number, explain the issue, the Rep correct's the error by refunding to my account and they give me a couple of free coffee's for my trouble. This location is always clean and the employees do a great job. I will say this....the best jelly filled donuts hands down!”

“Food is good so I have no complaints about that, but I’m rarely given a straw, I’ve never received the sauce for my nuggets that I’ve asked for, there has been no salt on the fries many times, they forgot the yogurt in the kids meal, and I had to remind them that they forgot certain items that I’ve ordered. It’s usually hot or miss on if everything is 100% correct. The staff is usually pretty nice, but I’ll occasionally get one that’s in a mood. I get it, I worked fast food before and I’ve had bad days but the attention to detail needs work.”

“This is a great place to get a good meal and cup of coffee. Seating is limited so plan ahead and make sure when you are finished eating you move out of other people's way so they can have a place to sit and eat. The staff is all wonderful, very friendly and helpful. You order at the counter and find a place to sit, the staff will bring you the food. There are kids toys available for kids to play with; blocks and small toys to play with at the table. Definitely a local favorite!”
