Very good McD's. I've went to mobile ordering and it greatly improves the accuracy of your order.

GOOD FOOD!! French Fries too hard & mostly burned!! & PLEASE try to make softer biscuits mine are always so hard you have to peel off the top & bottom!! But it is the best McDonald's in Roanoke so I guess it depends on who makes them!!???

Hamberger meat not cooked all the way. Once, the sausage was light gray & you could tell it was barely cooked. Seems at busy times of day, they cant keep up so they give it to you barely touching the grill. My coke did not taste like coke at all. Something was wrong with it. Maybe too much carbonation & hardly any syrup. Ice maybe bad. No desire to back.

Quick service, friendly staff, and low prices. Environment is comfy too. Can't go wrong for fast food.

Since the remodel, they now have braille and picture menus too, as well as more accessible seating.

The self order kiosks are a little high to be comfortable to use from a manual wheelchair but still manageable, if a little cumbersome.

Still, love the willingness to add more accessible options to what they already had.

McDonald's tries to play off their foods as nutritious. Though, everyone knows none of it is. Aside from this, the reason I gave 3 stars is simple. The food tastes and usually looks okay, but the workers are extremely rude and the lines are very inefficient and slow. Having two lanes in the drive through made everything worse for customers. It made it slower, not faster. If the space was larger, it might work better. However, there is some serious design flaws. Despite this, I grew up with this unhealthy place.
