“I live in walking distance to this store for 11 years. I know the owner. Ownership changed a few years ago or so. The owner is friendly to the customers and he treats me like a loyal customer and seems to appreciate my business. I am giving 4 stars because of the improvement in the hiring of the employees. The 2 newer employees are great. (Sarah and Neesha) I absolutely love Sarah, she has excellent customer service and treats us like the regular/loyal customers we are. One of us is their daily to pick up something! It feels nice to be treated like the our business is appreciated! Sarah is very friendly but also a great worker as she is always working hard when I come in. She always greets me by name which I like & is extremely good at her job at the same time. She multitasks great & is which makes her very efficient! I think she is the BEST employee even though she's newer. If all the employees were like her they would have the best customer service out of all the 7 11 locations! (I used to monitor calls for customer service, quality, sales etc for a very successful & known insurance company for years so I am always paying attention to customer service especially at a place I go regularly.) There is also another newer employee named Neesha who seems to be a great employee! I only met her once but she seems to be a friendly person and was working hard when I met her. She knows how to do her job well. They both are the shining stars there! Due to these employees as well as having items they know I buy regularly in stock and the owners appreciation of our business is why I am giving 4 stars. If the older employees were nicer and took a notes from the newer employees and attempted to have better customer service, or solve problems when needed (For Example if a refund is needed they don't attempt to solve the issue. They say they can't do anything without the owner even when in the past it has been their mistakes so I pay attention and do not even act as if they care or take ownership. If you need a refund or they make a mistake with the older employees they claim they can't fix it unless owner is there. The 2 newer employees I have never had an issue with them attempting to resolve an issue. Also another recent thing with customer service. I said Hi to one employee in particular (who knows who I am) and she didn't even acknowledge me until I repeated myself said hi again to get her to acknowledge my presence when I knew she heard me the 1st time. However I am giving the location 4 stars because the owner has hired significantly better employees with Sarah and Neesha so far. If they continue down that path of improvement of staff they could possibly be one of the best locations. Also I like the owner and feel he listens to any issues, values our business, is friendly and has really improved in hiring way better staff. If older staff can't do customer service they should really be put in back stocking items, etc. Overall the store has really improved!”

“I love Starbucks in general, but this is just hands down my favorite store! They are always pushing out orders so quick, and they never mess mine up. They always have a smile on their face. On more than one occasion I've pulled up to the speaker having a bad day, and they came over the speaker so peppy and sometimes even tell a joke. They have honestly turned some bad days into good ones just by being nice!”

“I came here last Saturday evening. This is your typical sports bar with burgers, fries, and wings. There's plenty of large TVs throughout restaurant playing different games that are on. The food is okay - nothing to cry home about since many restaurants in the area have many of the same things that are offered on the menu. They have a pretty good beer menu and the prices aren't bad. The waitress that I had was very nice and informative. The only complaint I have, which seems to be the same issue I see from other reviews, was with my order. I got the All American Burger and asked for no tomatoes. When I got my burger, I looked underneath the burger meat and there was a tomato. Luckily I'm not allergic to tomatoes so it wasn't a huge deal - I just took it off. Seems like someone in the kitchen doesn't know how to make an order correctly since I saw my waitress write down no tomatoes. Also, the TVs were so loud that it was hard to talk to those that were with me..we had to shout to each other.”

“My family and I went here last night and the service was excellent. Our waitress took our order (a family of 5) without writing anything down and the order came out perfect. She and her side kick (who was a new employee) did an awesome job. Very attentive. Food was delicious. I have been to this restaurant several times and to me the service gets better and better. Also, you can't beat the price of the food. If you haven't tried their Bourbon Chicken and Shrimp, you have got to try it. Simply the best! Wanted to add to this review. Yesterday my office ordered Applebee's for lunch. We received excellent service. Used the online ordering for our order and Brooke followed up with a call to ensure a perfect service. She was pleasant and efficient to work with. Absolutely the best!”

“I once visited Tropical Smoothie Cafe almost once per week, for two years. Our son was taking guitar lessons from a nearby music shop, and I went to that restaurant to get dinner as he had his lesson. Tropical Smoothie produces a nice product. Good smoothies. Surprisingly decent menu too. Fast, friendly staff though it take a moment if there are a few people in line ahead of you.”

Today's batch tasted a little old and definitely did not have that soft chewy goodness. My entree tonight was a bacon cheeseburger with sweet potato. The potato was cooked perfectly with the exact amount of butter and cinnamon! I opted for the burger to see how a steak place would make a patty! The burger definitely had a taste defining that it was fresh, quality beef. I felt the burger was on the small side for $13. Right amount of cheese. 2 slices of bacon with all the condiments. Longhorn is a winner when you want a fresh steak. (Especially a ribeye) Service is always spot on with a clean and inviting atmosphere.”

If I'd had time I'd have showered too. My hair and clothes smelled very strongly of BBQ. They cook on site- which is why the food is good. I don't know if the place could vent better- or even if people would like that. I like smelling the food I want when I walk in, just like everyone else. But I don't want to walk out smelling like I've drenched myself with some redneck cologne. But... You don't have to eat in. And the food is good. Solid four stars.”
