This location was quiet, clean, and in a great place. Right on the corner near our hotel. It's not directly on the beach, but is only maybe 1000 feet from the ocean. Definitely worth the 5 minute walk to get a great cup of coffee!”

Today a group of three women were figuring out my drink order and used they / them pronouns the entire time they were referring to me. I am non binary and it’s rare that people use my correct pronouns when they don’t know me interpersonally. It doesn’t seem like a big deal but I am so grateful for that small gesture.”

Coffee is fabulous, the iced dark chocolate mocha latte is perfection- not too sweet, and plenty of chocolate/coffee flavor. The cappuccino art ain't too shabby either (see pic). Cozy seating, perfect spot to meet someone for a simple breakfast/brunch/lunch or to chill out solo. 10/10 recommend!”

“I want to give this place 4 stars but I just can't do it. The staff is a mixed bag of nuts. One trip you get the helpful lady with the tattoos and the next you might get some other person who is just there to collect a check. The service has been up and down. A few days ago they ran out of caramel. Not sure how that happens. The parking lot is incredibly small but maneuverable. The lack of a sign really hurts this place. I pass it by accident every single time. All they have a Dunkin flag that isn't visible until you are right at the driveway and by that time you have to either slam on the brakes or go make a U-turn. All of these things are sure signs of a freshly opened franchise. I'm sure the kinks will get worked out over time. They seem to have a smart management staff.”
