“I want to give this place 4 stars but I just can't do it. The staff is a mixed bag of nuts. One trip you get the helpful lady with the tattoos and the next you might get some other person who is just there to collect a check. The service has been up and down. A few days ago they ran out of caramel. Not sure how that happens. The parking lot is incredibly small but maneuverable. The lack of a sign really hurts this place. I pass it by accident every single time. All they have a Dunkin flag that isn't visible until you are right at the driveway and by that time you have to either slam on the brakes or go make a U-turn. All of these things are sure signs of a freshly opened franchise. I'm sure the kinks will get worked out over time. They seem to have a smart management staff.”

“Finally got to try this place today! Overall everything was good. Had the Beef dog with no onion, I liked it. The chili has a little bit of a kick. (Just enough) Hubby had both style of Hot Dog's, said he enjoyed them too! BBQ sandwich was good, had a nice flavor. Hubby said not enough slaw for him. Chili cheese fries good, but for the extra $2 they could have used more chili & cheese.”

“I ordered the lemon ricotta pancake, and I can definitely taste the lemon and ricotta. It was light, fluffy and so so yummy. The blueberry sauce was just the right balance of sweet and sour, a perfect compliment to the pancakes. Service is friendly too. The bakery case had delicious looking scones, muffins, and pastries. I didn't have enough room in my stomach to try any of it, but I'm hoping to try some next time.”

“Pictures are from two orders about a week apart, one delivery and the other, takeout. Everything tasted amazing. The crust is chewy and tastes fresh, as does the cheese and toppings. The owner and his family are very hospitable and welcoming in the store; delivery was earlier than anticipated and the food fresh. I will definitely be supporting this small business in the future as I want so much to see Sam's be successful. From the quality of food to service, they deserve it.”

“Saw the 4.5 star average and thought we would check it out. Ordered online and then went to find it. It's in this little stand alone kiosk in the Harris teeter parking lot. Pulled up when we thought it would be ready. Only had to wait a minute or two for one of the best Italian sandwiches I have ever had. Had it on a multigrain roll and added provolone. My friend had a Grilled Veggie sandwich, described as one of the most flavorful veggie sandwiches she has every had. The vegan mayo was super creamy. We highly recommend!”

They were so convincing that it could be ate that way I had to try it. Curiosity killed my doubt, satisfaction will truly led me back to the Craft Burger Bar. Thank you, for having an understanding staff. I look like HELL, salons are closed so I had my crazy natural do. I don’t no nothing about doing hair. “Very nice small cafe in Virginia Beach. The owner and staff are friendly and attentive. The food is high quality and delicious. They serve breakfast/brunch style meals as well as having an "after 4" menu that includes smoked wings and shrimp mac and cheese, amongst other things. When you walk in, there a counter directly in front of you, presumably for take out orders, with the kitchen directly behind it and in full view, and it is immaculate. To the left is the dining area,which is warmly decorated and is a very comfortable and relaxing space. I just made my first visit and I am certain to return.”

“Open floor plan with a loft, patio, and vaulted ceiling make this restaurant feel spacious and inviting even when it's at full capacity. The menu consists mostly of breakfast items but they manage to throw on some unique plates to stand out from the competition. The Scotch egg appetizer was amazing. Crunchy on the outside with a juicy layer of sausage underneath and finished with an egg that wasn't overdone in the middle. A cilantro cream sauce on the plate helps to cut the heavier flavors making this dish a perfect start to your meal. The chicken and waffle sliders are delicious! Tender battered chicken with a light spice kick on fluffy waffles and just a bit of honey that doesn't make it too sweet create a crave worthy meal. We will be trying more of the menu in the coming weeks but this is a great start for a new spot that deserves a chance from anyone in the area!”

“Outstanding! We've been here twice since the new Mahi's opened last month in September 2019. It's an amazing restaurant! The new decor is stunning, the service is top-notch, and the food is absolutely delicious! We had the salmon when we went there for dinner, and it was excellent! Today, we had the cod, which was the lunch special. Just like the salmon, it was perfectly cooked and delicious. The hush puppies are so tasty! Kudos to the chef! Looking forward to many more great meals at this outstanding addition to the Oceanfront!”
