“The food was good but we had to wait 10 minutes at the drive-through speaker even to place our order. Then it was another 10 minute wait at the window for our food. They didn't give us a receipt and shorted us on a burger. When we told then about it they said they didn't get the missing burger on the first order and we had to buy another one. They still did not give us a receipt.”

“I’m from out of town for work in Richmond and made a trip to Virginia Beach for a concert at Peabody’s Nightclub above The Bunker. The bartender, Silvia, was super friendly and introduced herself, asking my name and continued to use it throughout my time there. My shrimp tacos were good and the few beers I had were as well. I can’t remember the last time I went to a restaurant and the staff called me by name, if ever!”

“Great first experience playing mini golf. The course was clean and well organized. They offer free replays during certain hours, before 6pm i believe. Bathrooms onsite, along with vending machines. We waited about 10 minutes at an empty front office before someone came to help.”

“We went for the All-Can-Eat Dungeness Crab Legs. They were meaty, sweet and juicy. Our server was friendly and helpful. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. The only down side was the lighting was dim. We requested a light bulb over our table but was informed that they didn't have any more. I will return for crab legs!!! It's a good deal.”

“Friendly place w hot fresh food for a quick bite to eat near the ocean front. Staff is friendly and restaurant is clean. Bathrooms were also clean even though it was obvious they just were slammed after lunch. Not the same specials you may find elsewhere and prices are steeper due to location. Parking is easy and drive thru has easy access. Service was fast and courteous.”

“Went here for dinner with a friend and I wasn't disappointed. I had the scallops and we shared the hummus appetizer. Food was fresh and delicious. Hummus was garlicky and delicious..my only complaint was we didn't have enough crackers...I'm a wine drinker and was able to get a glass of white that was crisp and refreshing. If you are a beer drinker they have a wide selection. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. This is definitely worth a visit.”

“This place is an experience, but sometimes you just want to eat. We went for Saturday brunch, when it was very busy -- about 1 pm. They had run out of biscuits, one of their big items. I ordered eggs which came out cold. Grits with cheese that were really good, and sweet potato 'tots,' also good. Servers very nice. In general I'd say the place is uneven. What's good is novel and very good, except when it isn't. My wife loves the place, so we'll probably go back.”

“I went there with my wife, who found it while looking new places to check out. the Smell alone reminded me of a bakery in New Jersey. The service is amazing, the ladies answered all my questions about the food. The food it self is amazing but for a sweet tooth, there is not much sweet. it just meant the made from scratch was better and i enjoyed a Broccoli cheese croissant and a chocolate chip cookie. they change the menu everyday, so something new every visit.”

“This place was great! We called ahead and ordered our food to go. It was ready when we got there and the staff was kind and assisted us quickly. The food was delicious and there were some really great options. It was super cozy and nice inside so next time I would like to eat in the restaurant instead of taking it to go. Can’t wait to go back!”

“Love it to death! The store has great atmosphere for early morning diners. The staff have great personalities. The store is open at an early time which is great for those 7am diners and has an awesome selection of coffee drinks. The alcohol brunch selection is pretty impressive as well. As for the food, tasty is an understatement. The veggies all taste fresh and the food is simple but fancy at the same time. I'm in love with their Meximelt. 10/10 would recommend”

“Definitely in my top 5 best places to eat in the area! Amazing Carolina style bbq! Real home cooking at a very reasonable price! I had the pulled pork bbq platter, it came with 2 sides and hushpuppies under 10$ so good it'll make you want to eat here everyday. If you are looking for a great home cooked meal this is the place! Support your local businesses and bring a friend.”

“This Hardee's is great! This place is always very well kept. The service is always fast. The staff is always courteous and attentive. The food I order is always hot and contents in the bag is always correct. The bathrooms are also very clean. The location makes it a little tricky to get in and out of the parking lot.”

“Super chill pub. Brian prepared the best Philly CheeseSteak Sandwich I've had to date in Virginia Beach. Even better... today Thursday they have it as a special on the menu on Thursdays. Definitely will be back!”

“Will absolutely return. Quiet, modern feel inside with ample seating options, be it just for two, away from the bar; group of 10-12 for an occasion; or for watching any of the 8 plus TVs at the bar and throughout the restaurant. Menu is classic (burgers, sandwiches, etc.) with an eclectic kick (Asian bowels and unique appetizers); we loved the Buffalo Cauliflower! Great presentation and service as well. if you're on the fence, don't be - JUST GO!”

“Citrus galore! Everything themed to the tiniest detail. Super cozy breakfast spot that I can't wait to visit again. Food was fabulous-fresh and plentiful. Service was great. I can't help how everything citrus from decorative orange wedge pillows on patio swing to wall decor in citrus, put me in a vibrant, joyful mood. Hubby loved his soft shell crab Benedict. Kiddos loved Mickey mouse shaped chocolate chip pancakes. I only wish they didn't add sugar to their fresh squeezed grapefruit juice. Otherwise, was superb.”

“First time at Saladworks. Everyone seemed friendly. Welcomed us in. Place was clean. Such a great variety. I had a Cobb salad with grilled chicken, blue cheese dressing and lobster bisque. My husband had the harvest salad with grilled chicken and raspberry vinegarette dressing. Very good flavor. Very fresh ingredients. The only complaint was the lobster bisque, though tasty, was a little watered down.”

“Great food, great service! We came here as a family of 5 around the dinner rush hour. The cashier was very friendly and our food was out quickly despite being busy. The manager Amy came to personally check on our table and was exceptionally pleasant, making sure we were satisfied with our meals. I had the Mushroom & Swiss and my husband had the Double Diablo, both were delicious. The potato bun they use is very light and the fries which are hand cut were perfectly crisp and flavorful. I like that there were a lot more options than you'd get at a five-guys, and there are a variety of kids meals too. Overall we'll definitely be back again!”

“Wawa is an excellent source of everything you may need for the road. They offer a wide variety of soda, chips, juice and fresh cheese and coffee. Wawa makes the best hot and cold entrees. Place your order, pay and pick up. On your way out don't forget to get your gas!!”

“Great food! I got the supreme BLT without avocado with apple slices and green tea w/honey. There is an area where you can add whatever you like to your beverage (syrup, sugar, honey etc.).It's quiet with music playing in the background. Plenty of space for groups of all sizes. You can come here to study, hang out, or hold a meeting. Staff was incredibly helpful and very friendly!”

“We ate here about a week ago. We got the meatloaf, chicken taco, pork taco, and the steak taco. We also got two guava empanadas and a pressed pulled pork sandwich. This food was actually really good. We weren’t sure what to expect but everything was great. The flavors were super spot on. The meatloaf has a really good kick and it makes you keep going back for that next fork full. I paired it with their own homemade version of macaroni salad which was delicious. Would definitely say that this place makes an awesome lunch/dinner and it’s definitely something a little different.”

“My husband and I visited Friday, 11/15 around 5pm and it was already packed with a 45 min wait. We were called pretty much right on time with this estimate. Our waitress was very busy but she provided great service (Kim I think?). She even let us sample several different sauces and was very patient. Overall, drinks, appetizers and wings did take a little while to get but it was expected with how crowded the place was and only being open for about 2 weeks. The wings were GREAT, I got spicy garlic ranch and mild. Onion rings and Mac and cheese were good, too. Looking forward to going back.”
