“I visited Lynnhaven Mall Wednesday night and decided to go get something from the Food Court. Well it was very refreshing to see a Lovely Woman who was instantly smiling and greeted with Hello How are you doing?. I honestly had no plans to eat pizza and definitely not to spend $10 on a combo... I did not catch her name but it was around 8/8:30pm. Because she definitely deserves to be recognized especially since most of the the other food place may be cheaper but they are not very welcoming and make suggestions plus your options on value meals...”

Not only is their food GREAT but their customer service is phenomenal... after ordering quite a few times from them, I only had 1 delivery get delivered to me that the food was cold. After calling to let them know, their team didn’t only refund me a credit to my account but made sure that I was happy and apologized. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 12 years and I understand when a delivery business gets busy, they try to make sure their drivers are taking what they can to keep their promise on delivery time. “I went there tonight after work and it was great! The gentleman greeted me promptly and happily and took my order. He was so gracious. Then he cooked my food and it was piping hot and tasted great. The other staff member was so polite as well. The whole experience was perfect. I used to go to this particular store all the time for sweet tea. I stopped because it started to never taste right. Sometimes it was perfect but more often than not it was either sugar water without tea or tea with barely any sugar. It stayed watered down way too much. Most of the other locations have sour tea ALL the time. Now I have to go to Dunkin for my sweet tea.”
