“A unique burger joint where they cook burgers with the smashing technique. A few different versions and they offer hot dogs and a chicken sandwich. Aside from their signature sandwich offerings are their frozen custard and it's variations. Their fries are also unique in that they are match stick style and crunchy yet soft inside. The staff are polite and professional. They are following current Covid guidelines. Recommended.”

“Roll With It does a great job at providing a unique tabletop gaming experience. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is inviting, and there is a great game library and event schedule. There is also a pretty impressive selection of craft beer and pub-style appetizers and entree's. While the novel experience at Roll With It is unmatched in the Hampton Roads area, it does have a price. A 3-4 person family game night with some appetizers, an entree, and a drink or two can easily run up a $200 tab for the group. With larger groups, it is often more affordable to purchase a new game to add to your collection and order takeout and drinks. Overall, the experience has been great every time that I've went and will surely continue to come back. I just wish it was affordable enough to come more regularly!”

“My daughter, her two friends and I tried this place and loved it. The staff is so friendly and nice. The pricing is very reasonable. We ordered 3/4 of the appetizers all which came out fast and fresh. The owner even came to our table to ask how everything was! The inside ambience was very nice and clean. I would highly recommend this place AND I can't wait to go back! Also highly recommended is the Takoyaki. Definitely worth a try.”

“Great all vegan place that will satisfy vegans and omnivores alike. I tried the waffle sausage egg and cheese sandwich, the everything bagel sausage egg and cheese, and the smores cupcake. The egg and sausage are both made in house and they're both incredibly tasty and great textures. I liked the bagel sandwich more but I think that's just personal preference. The waffle was really good on its own but I just didn't love it as the sandwich. The cupcake was very tasty, as were the tots that come as a side. Customer service was excellent. I wish I lived nearby, this would definitely be a regular spot for me.”

“Very good experience! Nice food, delicious honey bbq wings, and slappin sweet potatoes. My dad loves the smothered pork chops says they were “falling off the bone”. This is a great place to rent for a birthday dinner. We had our own room and great lighting flows in for photos and videos. Blue and gold decor made it feel nice and cute. Great place for lunch and dinner. They have a separate take out window and service was pretty fast.”

“Hands down the best coffee you can get at the beach. Forget the Starbucks and get yourself some real good coffee here. The staff is super friendly, and the place is very well kept. Everything on the menu is a must have! The breakfast sandwiches and blended ice coffees are amazing! Keep in mind though that this place is one of the only coffee shops directly on the beach, so their prices are really worth it.”

“Been to Mellow several times. Their pizza is amazing. Love their food. Only downside was the expense for a delivery. I've never had a delivery cost me 52 dollars before for just a medium pizza, but that's the cost of convenience sometimes. I recommend picking up or dining in when you can. Beyond that? Their food is great and I've never had any issues with them or their staff, I've gone to their Newport News location plenty of times. Hoping they succeed at the new location.”
