“Absolutely enjoy the atmosphere at South. Whether it is lunch with coworkers, dinner with family or quick hangout with friends. Their chips and salsa alone are delicious and their margaritas are my favorite! Service is great, friendly and on top of checking in with you. My teen daughter really enjoys their burrito :) The attached picture is their seasonal cranberry margarita and was awesome. I definitely recommend!”

“This has been my FAVORITE spot so far while visiting Wenatchee! The pie is made by a local every day, the bread is from a local bakery - everything is just delicious and feels so homey. The huckleberry mimosa, stuffed pork chop, salad, & key lime pie were all on point. The green beans were cooked to a perfect crunch, and the sun dried tomatoes stuffed in the pork chop complimented the juicy flavor of the pork. The key lime pie was the highlight for me! The homemade crust had just enough salt to taste and the key lime filling was fluffy and creamy. My friends enjoyed their food as well, we all were happy!”

They have a fairly simple menu with lots of options, but still high quality food with quality ingredients prepared diligently. So many healthy options: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free; and multicultural: Thai, Vietnamese, Korean… We ordered the fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce, and Joe’s signature Ukrainian beef and tomato dish. We also sampled the wild Alaskan salmon chowder—wow! SO good. He goes the extra mile to source local ingredients, and charges a premium for the quality, as he should. Support this hardworking one-man shop. You won’t be disappointed!”

“Nice staff good food no nonsense except for a dirty little trick I really dislike... Ice tea at 3.50$$$ is a little high priced but served in a 6 ounce plastic cup with ice means about 4 ounces of actual tea... Then a refill which is usually free and sometimes bottomless was charged at full price but not explained or mentioned... Net result is a $7.00 small portion of tea on a hot day which was gone in six minutes.... Not a friendly practice ....”
