Joe's Crab Shack

Food was good but the server we had wasn't. Waited for 15 minutes after my drink was empty to get a refill, and after we were visibly done eating for a half hour he came around to check on us. At that time we ordered some dessert and it took another 20 minutes to get dessert which was chocolate cake and key lime cheesecake . After dessert it was another 45 minutes before he came again so I could get the check.

Really good food, super friendly staff. Somewhat embarrassing birthday celebration so don't tell them it's your birthday if you aren't willing to wear a silly hat and ride a shark (or other sea creature around the restaurant) like I was. Again, food and service was great. I love the river view.

Ted was absolutely amazing! We had an order that was a little off and Ted had been so great with correcting everything and making us so happy, especially because we drove from Portland! Absolutely recommend going here! It's delicious and the staff is Incredible!!

Clean establishment. Excellent customer service. My son disliked something and the manager made sure to fix it. Above and beyond service. Food was very delicious. One of my favorite places to go to have a great seafood meal. Kid friendly. Great selection.

Went to dinner at Joe's in Vancouver WA last night for my son's birthday celebration. Even through we had a reservation for 5 PM our party of 6 was held in the lobby entrance for 10 minutes as our table was not ready and they did not have enough servers in house yet? Once seated our server was attentive and helpful. Our food and drinks did arrive promptly. But my order for one was incomplete and warm and too hot... I ordered the included pictured item. The stuffed shrimp were to hot and the rest was just warm. Also there was no rice on the plate. I also ordered a cluster (side) of clams. The clams were just warm had no extra flavor and no butter. Everyone that had salmon liked it a lot but not the other foods on their plate. So - I don't think I will go back and try them again.
