“I've ordered from them many times. I've had minor issues in the past but tonight was the worst. I ordered pizza and wings for delivery. It said delivery would be 45 min. After an hour had gone by, I called and they said it would be another half hour at least. I said well let's start over and I'll come pick it up. I asked them to make it fresh as that's what I paid for. They refused and canceled my order. The owner just called me and explained they had a busy rush all at once. Was nice of him to call. I will be back”

“I have eaten here many times and have placed lots of orders using the online ordering service with great results. Yesterday I placed my order for a business meeting to be picked up at 11:30 am this morning. Arrived to pick up my order and was told by the young man that he didn’t have my order. I showed him a copy of my email receipt on my phone. He said he needed a printed copy to do anything. Really? I’m standing in the restaurant showing him proof I ordered and paid for it. He said he didn’t know what he could do. I told he should put the order in that I paid for. He got flustered and proceeded to put the order in. I asked if they could hurry since I had a meeting to go to. He said there was a large order ahead of me. He just brought my order to me without any apology or words at all. I thanked him and he walked away without even looking at me. Poor service. He needs to be trained on customer service. Disappointing at one of my favorite places to eat at Addendum: Got to my meeting and unpacked the food. The young man had written on my take out “lose the attitude”. I have never seen such rudeness from a restaurant. I called to speak to a manager or owner. They took my information. I hope they call back.”

They ran out of cheese sticks tonight which my boyfriend had ordered online, they improvised and made essentially a cheese stick pan pizza with sauce in cups on the side. “Excellent food! Anyone from outside the area could compare this restaurant with a Logan's Roadhouse. They even do the peanuts with the peanut shells all over the floor. We had a fillet and a top sirloin and decided the fillet was worth the extra money if comparing side by side. I love the rolls with honey butter and the baked sweet potato. It is not a quiet place, though. I found myself reading the menu aloud because I couldn't hear myself think. After a while, either I adjusted or an especially loud party left (not sure which), because I was able to focus better. But the bottom line here is, great food! I will definitely be back!”

“I love McDonald's and I've tried many locations all around the world. This particular location is very close to the local hospital but not close to my house. On a trip to the hospital on this day I decided to stop in and check it out. The location is not the most difficult location to get in and out of but it's not the easiest either. There is a lot of roadwork going on at the moment and traffic congestion is apparent. The food was prepared to my liking, I always customize my orders, and the staff was kind and attentive. Food was hot and fresh and I would recommend this location if you're in the area.”
