“Great pizza, friendly staff and fast service. I got to chat briefly with Tyson the owner. He took his time explaining & showing what makes their pizza unique. Very friendly and down to earth guy. We enjoyed the texture, consistency and flavor (not too salty and not sweet) of the hand-tossed Buttermilk pie dough and it was baked perfectly to our taste. Mushrooms is fresh, pepperoni and mozzarella are great. Will try their Hawaiian next.”

“I've ordered from them many times. I've had minor issues in the past but tonight was the worst. I ordered pizza and wings for delivery. It said delivery would be 45 min. After an hour had gone by, I called and they said it would be another half hour at least. I said well let's start over and I'll come pick it up. I asked them to make it fresh as that's what I paid for. They refused and canceled my order. The owner just called me and explained they had a busy rush all at once. Was nice of him to call. “Taste of China is a hidden gem. My "red flag" alert went up when I saw the gargantuan portion sizes and very low prices because most places that do this give you huge quantities of horrible food. This is NOT the case here! The food is amazingly great. Very fresh, very tasty, and fried items do not taste like they were fried in month-old oil and are not swimming in grease. The staff is extremely quick and attentive, and the establishment has its own parking lot. Definitely one of the best!”

“My first visit to Round Table Pizza was not bad. I took my kids here for a team meeting and I was concerned about the quality of food. I was surprised it was not bad but most of all the service was amazing! The staff acknowledge us as we walked in, our order was take correctly and he pointed out a special they had that saved me $6 on my order. The food was brought to our table quickly even though they were busy and we were seated in a corner. If nothing else I would go back for the service and it is great for a large group all ordering separately. Oh and the location we went to had an arcade so the kids were happy while the adults discussed the upcoming schedule”

So I gave them a call and they resolved the issue by delivering a new sandwich to my office. The correction was made very quickly, and the gentlemen on the phone was very professional. I drove to the location drove up to the take out window, ordered and in 10 min got my freshly made food. It's the first Chinese I found in Vancouver that has great Chinese like back home in Hawaii. “This place was once a solid 5 stars for me. It still is sometimes, depending on who's working. Usually the staff is SUPER friendly and blindingly fast. Sometimes, however, I walk in and there's this one guy there, holding up a wall or playing on his phone, leaving some poor rookie to handle all the customers. Sadly, this second scenario seems to happen more often than the first one. I think that for now on, when I walk in and the big dude is there, I think I'll just turn back around and go somewhere else. Hope someone fixes that dude, because the rookie in there today looked absolutely MISERABLE and stressed to the max. Poor kid. Also, there was 4 other customers watching big dude playing on his phone while the other guy made sandwiches. It was hard to miss, considering he was leaning on the register, back to the door...”
