Coming here every friday for date night, cant beat a hand made tortilla machete n huarache, that are huge n have great flavor for only 8.99!!!! Hidden in the back of a small mexican market, next to bi-mart, just stopped on by because daughter was hungry ended up having a great meal there! They are constantly busy, and might not answer the phone but it is always worth the wait and if they don't answer that's cool you can always order when you get there. Small little joint with big taste. Probably the best teriyaki place in Wenatchee hands down. We were served water, chips, and salsa by the time we sat in our seats ( and they weren't just ready on the table, the chips were hot and my daughter had a child cup). They were constantly going above and beyond typical service. They accommodated my daughter's multiple food allergies. They even came back to ask questions and ensure her food was safe. And the food was all delicious! They did an awesome job! Update: Two years later and we are still as impressed as we were the first time we ate here. We LOVE El Porton!”

“Shoutout to Yvonne and her team! My family and I were in Wenatchee this weekend for Father’s Day and enjoyed a dinner nearby. Wanted to end the night with something sweet and found this gem. Yvonne was super friendly and she recommended the Gold Rush flavor. We shared a half pint as we were already full from dinner. Wow. Gold Rush hits the spot! “After a long day of riding we stopped in at one of my favorite drive ins, Larry's chicken. The two guys I had with me had never been but I grew up with Larry's so I had to bring them. New ownership definitely changed their recipe for the strips so I was kinda sad. But the guys burgers were so good one of them ordered a second one.
