I appreciated that the bar keep actually acknowledged us and kept checking in. The establishment is dark, but comfortable. It overlooks the pool, so if you want to drop off the ankle biters and numb your senses, this would be a good place to do it. :)”

“This place is very cool. It's like a resort in a way, where there's multiple bars and restaurants in an area and you can carry your drinks around the compound without having to finish them. The redone school buildings are nicely remodeled, and the courtyard has burn pits and lots of seating - it must be a real sight in the summer months. Definitely one of the more unique establishments.”

“Great little no-frills, mom & pop joint for great teriyaki. This is as simple as it gets - 6 4-seat tables and serve your own water! I'd walked by Teriyaki Best many times and this was my first visit for lunch. Given the many options from the menu overhead, I went with the first choice, chicken teriyaki, and my guest ordered the chicken vegetable stir fry. Our food was ready in less than 10 minutes and first thing I noticed was the size of our plates. These plates must have been between 10-12 inches, the size of a large pizza. I found my food to be very tastey, fresh, well- presented and perfect in portion size. We thought the price was well worth it. There is ample free parking all around the restaurant. So if you go, remember, there's nothing fancy about the outside or inside of the restaurant. You place your order at the register and pick it up when it's called out. But if you want good, fresh, tastey, teriyaki; you're in the right spot! I can see space being limited at busy hours, so suggest keeping that in mind when you go. And yes, they do take out as well. The fresh Rolls, Emerald Curry and the Crispy Garlic Chicken are my favorite. There is parking and an entrance on the back side, but depending on when you go, parking can be limited during dinner time. You won’t be disappointed!”

“I really enjoyed the pizza here. The fungi was fantastic! The only part I didn't like was the crust. It tasted great when the topping were on it, but without the toppings it lacked flavor. If they included some kind of dipping sauce it would have been perfect, but I didn't want to eat it by itself. I'm really happy there's a nice pizza place around and will definitely be coming back!”

“The atmosphere was great and the servers were nice. My boss told me that it was a pretty good place to eat. I like the rice at Mexican restaurants but this rice had no flavor in it. I normally mix the rice and bean with a little bit of salsa on a chip but didn't change the flavors. All in all, I will have to try it again. Maybe it was a off day and the people there were so nice.”

“Really enjoyed the service and the food. Parking was a bit of a hassle, but worth it. My go-to is the Jimmy with tempura green beans instead of fries, but the fries are excellent. Good selection of beer and great selection of whisky. My wife's Manhattan was made perfectly. She likes and requested it with a little less vermouth, and the bartender nailed it.”

“Sushi zone is a top notch sushi-go-round. The food is always fresh and there is plenty of selection. The dishes are all served well covered to avoid the spread of germs. The hot food belt has great selections as well. The biggest reason this restaurant is great is because they have a card neatly organized next to each plate with the ingredients in each dish. I am allergic to fin fish so I can only have shellfish. The labels help me to know what's in each roll. I've been here several times and I love it.”

“Great place to drink bad margaritas and eat good Mexican food. I love the items in the back of the menu. Hot is better. Older rock n roll bar crowd some evenings. Change of staff can be harrowing, as sometimes if you dont speak Spanish, (which I do) you might get the wrong order. No complaints though. Summer deck can be noisy (off of Bothel Way), but it's got a view of something. Lots of my local neighbors do not like this place. I do.”
