“Yet again an amazing experience! Alison and team are so happy and upbeat everytime I'm in and never fail to impress with food quality and taste. I'm most definitely a lifetime customer and recommend this place to anyone.”

“Wonderful sandwiches. The carla and ben is my favorite, though I think their previous veggie sandwich with zucchini was superior. Even without any meat, I think stands out as better than their meat options, if you want meat I'd suggest just getting the Carla and Ben and adding meat to it.”

“Have been craving a burger so badly, and it's not something I can make at my apartment without an oven. Right now it's hard to find gluten free options that deliver and it made my day to have a burger for my birthday. Thank you so much for hitting the spot! Craving more than satisfied. Will be back for more!”

“Great coffee, and I just love the unique, quirky, comfortable sitting area! This coffee shop is Wallingford gem. I can't recommend it enough.”

“After they bring your tea (a sizeable tea pot full--I bet most people don't finish half of it), you start with three scoops of sorbet and a sugar cookie. Then comes the traditional tiered tray with warm baked goods on top (we got a cranberry orange scone, English muffin, sausage roll, and quiche), fresh fruit and deserts in the middle, and tea sandwiches on the bottom. The baked goods and sandwiches were all really well made and delicious. Make sure you take advantage of the delicious jams on your table! My only disappointment was that the scone was served with whipped cream instead of clotted cream. Guys, if you want to impress your date, take her here for a great memory!”

“I had my first authenic tamale here. Tried tamales other places whenever I get the chance but nothing compares! I tend to like the non-meat ones much more due to more moisture inside. The meat ones are a little bit dry for my taste.”

“Still open and serving the most delicious coffee in Beacon Hill! They are taking every precaution to have a safe experience while still getting to get out into the neighborhood and enjoy a good coffee and baked treat. Thank you smiling employees for serving us every day!!”

“Nielsen's is so wonderful!! Not only are their pastries delicious (my favorite is the snitter!), but I've now ordered their baker's box twice during quarantine and it's great! They are always so sweet in the store as well as online while ordering the baker's box. They are the perfect neighborhood bakery!”

“I moved to Seattle, October of 2019 to catch up with an old high school classmate at Koku. Right away, I really enjoyed the environment there. Being a business owner and digital nomad, I started to become a regular there to get some work done, grab some coffee and some amazingly healthy handcraft meals from the owner, Kurt, himself. His staff is friendly, and you can tell they have been able to create an awesome work environment. I also really enjoyed getting to know Kurt, his experiences, and his passion for food. There's a lot that goes into his craft behind the counter as a chief at Koku that really makes you appreciate the food there even more. The food is SOOOO good, it's even better once you're able to know more of the story behind it. I highly recommend adding Koku to your list of great eats!”

“The food is always consistently well-prepared and the service is quick and professional. The ambiance is welcoming and the staff usually cleans the dining area at regular intervals. I wish they could expand the salad choices but other than that, it's a Queen Anne staple.”

“The food is fine, but it's a stereotypical cafeteria--morning to write home about. Many of the vegan options, on the few days a week they have them, are either incredibly bland or oddly flavored. For omnis, the pasta bar is popular, but this and the rest of the repeating menus get old quickly if you eat here daily. The student employees are friendly but often don't seem well-informed about the items. In comparison to the options at the Fred Hutchinson cafeterias, especially, there's a lot of room for improvement here.”

“Best place to Brunch. It's cute and quaint. Seating is limited but worth waiting for. You seat yourself. I suggest having a beverage while you wait. Best part they even have a book called 'The Wondering Goose', it's the cutest little read. If you have a moment, take a chance and eat here, you'll love it!”

“Beautiful place to come study or work with a fantastic selection of books for programmers. They have a silent room too for those who want to be around less noise and have a bar which can be reserved for special events. I wish they had UX design books around the shop though. Also their pastries run out quick cause of how good they are so get here early.”

“Hidden spot in IBM tower. Relaxing and friendly environment with a large seating area. I typically get the bacon cheeseburger here and am always satisfied”

“Probably the best french bakery and cafe that I tried in Seattle. All of the different items that I have tried have are amazingly well done. The space it super bright and clean. There is a large selection of goods from cake, to pastry to sandwiches. There is also wine and beer and a happy hour. The macaroons at 2 bucks a piece are an amazing deal.”

“Like any other McDonald's. Just not my cup of tea. Everything tastes so salty. But that is just me. I'm sure it is fine for people who like fast food places”

“They have amazing donuts. One thing I’ve noticed is they’ve either stopped making as many maple bars and are always out when I go which is my all time favorite donut. Other than that...quick service, friendly staff and always fresh donuts!”

“I love eating local, and I am so picky about my ingredients. You can always count on the very finest quality ingredients at Zylberschtein's. I have never had anything but the best here -- and it's quality you can taste right off the bat. Their prices are reasonable and fair -- especially considering the quality. The owner is fantastic and truly cares about your experience, the community, and his product. Their chef is amazing! Today I had the veggie has, two eggs, and toast -- for $13! What a bargain, and how delicious it was. Then for a treat, I had the twice baked coconut croissant. Oh, boy! Heaven!! On the weekends (and during the weekdays) I am super busy and don't have time to sit down at a nice restaurant and wait, etc., but I like quality food. This is the place to go if you need good food, and you want it fairly quickly (but don't worry if you want to linger -- there's plenty of seating, and they never rush you out at all). You can get it to go as well, and it stays nice and hot. And everyone here is so friendly and nice! Josh's mom makes the cheesecake (which is peerless -- truly) and lots of other things, too. A true family owned deli/bakery where they'll get to know you and smile when you walk in. I love this place.”

“Delicious tea and German baked goods. The atmosphere is nice, perfect for a coffee date with a friend. Convenient parking located in the back. There is a kid's play area. There is a bring your own cup discount of .15 cents off!”

“The Fat Hen is a cute brunch place that’s good for a casual weekend meal. It’s personally not the best brunch I’ve had but it’s definitely a great option if you’re in the area. But be warned - because the restaurant is so small, the wait can be very long (1.5 to 2 hours). I recommend you write your name down on the wait list and spend some time grabbing some coffee or a light snack at the bakery across the street to kill time! As for the food, I got one of their baked eggs as well as the salmon Benedict. I really love salmon so I thought this dish was great. The baked eggs weren’t super flavored so if you want more kick, ask for their hot sauce!”

“Lovely little coffee shop. Great service. Accidentally left my bag behind. They had already set it aside for me when I called.”
Address: 8000 15th Ave NW, Seattle, WA 98117, USA
“Plenty of seating but few outlets so not the most convenient place to work off a laptop unless you sit at the bar. Music can be loud, more rock n roll vibe than chill. Good for small group gatherings. They advertise local events. Cool happy hour specials.”

“Good McDonald's. Fast, friendly service and usually hot, fresh food. It's a very small place inside a gas station (attached with the convenience store). I've always had great service and good food for a McDonald's. I don't frequent fast food places, but occasionally, you gotta do what you gotta do... Decent restroom, small, free parking lot. Couple of bus stops nearby and walking distance to grocery, coffee, urgent care, etc.”

“The employees were very efficient and kind. Some even tell me about how to save money by ordering differently. I was very impressed with the availability to use the bathroom before ordering. In Seattle this is not a readily available to do.”
