The Chowder Stop

The Chowder Stop in Long Beach, Washington has a great menu - Clam Chowder and fresh salads, etc. And, the owner is very pleasant and accommodating. We when go back to Long Beach we will definitely eat there again. And, the restaurant is right next to Oceanview Inn at the Arch.

Pleasant surprise for our latest trip to Long Beach Washington. Heard good things about The Chowder Stop and the reviews are true. Excellent customers service and hands down the best chowder in the Pacific Northwest. Halibut fish and chips were fresh and amazing.

I’d highly recommend this being a new place to bring your family for the best seafood in town. I don’t review often, but this was worth the time.

Awesome food and great service. Simple and delicious. Great fish with crispy batter...more fish than batter as it should be. Delicious sauces for calamari and fish...a little spicy for the calamari and wonderful dill for fish. Great chowder. Perfectly cooked and juicy burgers. Good portions. Great find!

This restaurant provides the service and attention to detail that you usually only dream of: prompt greeting, getting our large group a table, bringing water and menus right away. etc. etc. The chowder was great, and so was the sandwich. Garlic toast is awesome. The fish n chips looked great. Thanks for exceeding our expectations.

We’re to start is understatement this place cool on the inside. Service is over the top wanting to please all customers that walk through the doors. My son and I both tried the chowder today it was perfect in so many ways. The thickness just right and flavors were spot on for chowder. We will return for sure to try more items on the menu. It’s a must try if your in Long Beach even if it’s to go and enjoy on the beach well worth it.

We’re local and if we eat in town, it’s here. Great everything so far but haven’t gone through the entire menu yet. Chowder for sure a big yum and fish and chips are great. The wedge salad is awesome. Make sure you hit this place you won’t be disappointed.
