We ordered 2 strip steaks, cooked perfectly however, the quality if the cuts left a lot to be desired. A large amount of fat and gristle for a strip steak. 25% was unedible. We still frequent Chen's. We will just be sure to order their great chinese dishes.”

“Loved this place! It was very serene, the room was lovely. toiletries available were samples from a soap shop ( luxury samples, we will be ordering from that shop in the future!). Room was clean and the bed was comfy. We were extremely lucky and had room 18 during a light storm, listening to the water overnight was tranquility. In room refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot with tea and accoutrements. The restaurant was very good, be aware of the hours as this is your best bet for food in the area.”

“Very clean and artistically decorated. Great, cozy place for breakfast and lunch. We enjoyed the breakfast burrito and omelette for the first day and went back the next day for the fried oysters and avocado toast (w/ fruit cup). Everything is freshly made and tasty. We had the coffee refilled every time we were out. We will go back whenever we are in town and will try different American and Mexican entries. A gem in town!”

“A local favorite in Long Beach with a wide selection of pastries, cookies muffins, donuts and a deli menu. It was hard to select a few items and the apple turnover, the cinnamon twist and the cranberry white chocolate scone were hard to pass up. The apple turnover was really big and had the right balance of flavors. The cinnamon twist was big and had a nice sweet taste to it. The scone was moist and not to sweet. A deli menu features salads, soups, chowder, sandwiches and a breakfast menu that is served all day. Located on Pacific Avenue South near 11th street. Parking is limited to the nearby streets. A nice place to stop for baked goods or for a bite to eat with friendly service in the heart of Long Beach.”

“Nice place for a beer, burgers, or pizza. I was there on a Weds night and there was decent live music and a good amount of people. The Inn is much nicer than expected, with beautiful salvaged wood. Definitely the best place to stay in Raymond, and maybe the best place to eat. The rooms are nice and for a large family or incapacitated group they have an awesome bunk bed room! The rooms are equipped with stove, microwave, fridge, even pots dishes and silverware -- and are very reasonably priced.”
