“Excellent food! BIG portions and absolutely delicious. We got the BBQ pork and Texas egg rolls which both were incredible. I'd have taken a picture, but we just wanted to eat them up. These folks are also very kind. They gave us great suggestions and brought our food to our car. I'm so happy we found this gem 💎”

“Great really local seafood shop and restaurant. Superb chowders. In season, always check for the clam and crab specials. Go-to fish and chip platters are tasty, too. They've been dishing out these treats for 28 years so go right know and feast in confidence. Order a beer, too!”

“I eat here on the regular, like at least once a week. The first time i got a chicken burrito, it was very good but A LOT of food. After that I got the street tacos, I always get the pork and they are delicious. I could literally eat them every day!”

“A local favorite in Long Beach with a wide selection of pastries, cookies muffins, donuts and a deli menu. It was hard to select a few items and the apple turnover, the cinnamon twist and the cranberry white chocolate scone were hard to pass up. The apple turnover was really big and had the right balance of flavors. The cinnamon twist was big and had a nice sweet taste to it. The scone was moist and not to sweet. A deli menu features salads, soups, chowder, sandwiches and a breakfast menu that is served all day. Located on Pacific Avenue South near 11th street. Parking is limited to the nearby streets. A nice place to stop for baked goods or for a bite to eat with friendly service in the heart of Long Beach.”

“Great food, great service. Kids menu had many good options that were enthusiastically consumed by my picky younger two. We enjoyed lunch there today. Not being able to find good kid options at another nice restaurant we headed back here for dinner. Probably the nicest restaurant in Long Beach. Great gluten free options as well as other dietary needs.”

“IF your gonna order a meal expect to pay between $10-20 per person (restaurant prices) but the food is great, fresh, cooked when order, and worth the price, plus unlike a restaurant it doesn't come with the 10% tip. You can walk in order, go back to your car, enjoy a smoke. They have an outside speaker to announce your orders ready so you can hear it from your car. If you want Ice Cream this is the place to go. Kids cones under a buck, makes a great afternoon, after school treat!”

“My husband and I just got back and cannot believe how good our meal was! We got the buttermilk oysters (melt in your mouth delicious) and the fish and chips and they let us sub fries for the dirty fries which were also AMAZING and highly recommended!!! The drinks were made perfect and they didn't skimp on the booze! The service was excellent and we got our food quick!! Wish we could've stayed for live music. Overall 5 star experience for sure!!!”

“We prefer this location over the Warrenton, Oregon one. Great customer service coupled with a full bar that serves great margaritas and a full menu that makes it easy to find a filling meal. Fresh and hot food that never disappoints. This is the only game in town for Mexican cuisine up on the peninsula, so i can get packed. Very popular spot with the locals. Great chips and salsa too.”

“We’re to start is understatement this place cool on the inside. Service is over the top wanting to please all customers that walk through the doors. My son and I both tried the chowder today it was perfect in so many ways. The thickness just right and flavors were spot on for chowder. We will return for sure to try more items on the menu. It’s a must try if your in Long Beach even if it’s to go and enjoy on the beach well worth it.”

“This little place is a gem! The clam chowder is very delicious. It is full of clams like clam chowder should be. They also make a very good salmon chowder. Get a cup of each, you will not be disappointed. Also, the coleslaw is unlike most you will encounter, and has been so good every time I've been here.”

“We drove over from Vancouver, WA. Friday after work. Stopped in at World's End for a late dinner. It was our first time there. I had the Cod Dinner. This was the most perfectly lightly battered Cod i have had on the west coast! Many restaurants over batter the cod and its it's too greasy and overdone. World's End Cod was moist, flaky, fresh, and cooked to perfection. Even the cole slaw was excellent. Rarely, are we pleasantly surprised with our meals as much as we were at World's End.”

“Loud place, but perfect if you have kids that make a little noise. Prices aren't too bad for the quality and quantity of food you get. Clam chowder was excellent. The kids menu mini cheeseburger and fries was a pleasant gourmet surprise. Captain's Platter was a good portion. The fried cod had a great beer battered kick on the back end. Would visit again. Recommended”

“They were open on Christmas while we were in town on a family get-away. Found the staff, and also maybe the owners to be very attentive, and helpful. They had Christmas scene/railroad set up in the back which our kids loved. The food was good. When back on Long Beach, I'm sure we will stop.”

“Great pizza. Lots to choose from on the menu. We have been here on slow nights and busy nights and have always had friendly and attentive service. This is a popular spot with the locals and we can see why. The crowd always seems under control and drama free which can't be said for some other places. A great late night option for dining.”

“Their elephant ears are huge and absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, they are so good that I lost mine to my husband. Also, you must try their lemonades, simply amazing. The staff is super friendly as well. Only downside is, they are not open all the time.”

“Cozy, authentic Thai in the heart of town. Space is small but nice and warm on a cold night. Food is fresh, authentic and bursting with flavor. The Basil Fried Rice was the best. We asked for '3' spice level and it was spot on. Closes a bit early but well worth dining in. Kindly and helpful staff.”

“Food was great and we will be making this our go to for our Chinese food desires. Fast and friendly service with a smile. Clean and orderly with space for everyone. Good parking outside right off the main road. Pricing is great for portion size.”

“By far the best restaurant value in Ling Beach area along with Burger Wednesday night at Depot. Wandered by and ducked in for lunch. Generous portions of perfect pulled pork with great sides (especially the spicy beans and potato salad — the collards could use a longer cook with more vinegar). The house made bbq sauces were first rate. I especially liked their tangy regular and the authentic and perfectly balanced North Carolina mustard. Lunch for two was $22. Going back for the brisket! Nice work, guys.”

“Benson's by the Beach was a nice little place for a good breakfast. The wait staff was friendly and timely with coffee refills etc. We did end up waiting quite a while for our food to come out even though it didnt seem too busy. If you're given the option of seating, definitely choose the window area as it seems much more cheery and light. Overall, good eats.”

“It is a McDonalds....not really much more to say. We usually hit here for drinks and snacks prior to driving back home or en route to another gig. Staff are always friendly and efficient. Orders are always accurately prepared and served hot and fresh.”
