Applebee's Grill + Bar

This location is incredibly professional and friendly. We were looking into their Flapjack Fundraiser program and were assisted by Aaron, a General Manager from Silverdale. He was so helpful and informative....VERY patient with us as well as the other patrons we'd observed while visiting. Jessica, a server who normally helps our group on Tuesdays was as sweet and helpful as always. Was a pleasant surprise to see her there on a Wednesday night as well. The menu has a great variety of options and some new items that I'm looking forward to trying. Also a sizzling apple cake dessert, which as always, I was too full to order....but will remember that for next time. Excellent service and clean, well cared for establishment. The manager of this location, forgive me, I don't recall her name...except her last name was pretty awesome, she has done a great job with her team.

The customer service was great. I ordered a steak medium rare and it came out pretty much blue. I told them I just didn't want it because I didn't want to wait and make my family wait. They had a manager come over and insist I dont leave hungry. So they sent a couple appetizers over very quickly and made a unpleasant meal and good one. They got a big thank you and big tip. Thanks again!

Love, love, love the endless entrees. Had a couple friends with me this evening and we each ordered one of the endless entrees. I just wish they would allow the sides to change even on the reorder. I'll definitely be coming back again and again. One of my all-time favorite places to eat.

This place had the best food i have eaten in a long time. It was warm in there which made me happy because i am always cold. Our waitress could have been better but manager was very polite and checked on us instead.

This is the first time me and my daughter ate here at Applebee's for lunch. Didn't know what to eat so I got the 2 for $27.00 and my my my my my. It was the best choice I made and the food came out awesome. Loved it. Will definently be going back to try out the other foods on the menu for sure. All around we had a great day and time here. Thank You Applebee's. To all the staff keep up the great work you guys do here. Awesome job.
