We had a last minute family dinner with a lot of people, but could not make reservations on line. Called and manager said they had a couple of big parties already booked but said if we came in they would try to get us a table(s)... Managed to seat us right away but asked if we could be done in about 2 1/2 hours for another big group that was coming in... They were very attentive and the kids finished their dessert in plenty of time for the next group. And the food was great. Kids loved their chocolate chip cookies.
They were really busy on a Saturday night, but our wait wasn't that long for have a jam packed parking lot at full lobby. When we entered and added our name to the list we were told that we would be seated in no more than 25 minutes. We were at our table with drinks and bread served in 15, although we were only a party of two , but I still consider that an excellent turnaround time. I appreciated how the service was friendly and attentive without being pushy or bothersome. Our food was well prepared with large enough portions; we didn't leave hungry. We don't eat here often since the area is so congested, but it was still a good meal that contributed to a pleasant evening despite some elements that I would consider disadvantageous.
Steaks were on point as always! Their butter toppers take their delicious food to a whole new level. Their chocolate torte is so rich and good. You really gotta savor that slow!
Excellent steak prepared just right. Service was superb. General manager came by to see if we were being taken care of properly. $300 including tip, for five adults didn't seem unreasonable for what we got. If we didn't live so far away, this would be more than a once a year outing.
Our favorite place to eat! I recommend reservations. Fairly long wait - but so worth it. Shrimp Cocktail was fabulous. We had steak and lobster cooked to perfection. Try the garlic mashed potatoes. Yum!
