Camp Colvos Brewing + Pizza Co.

Delicious pizza. The best in Tacoma, in my humble non-expert totally unscientific taste-driven opinion. Perfect crust, primo toppings. I’ve only had the red sauce but it is super balanced and tasty. My fave, for sure.

Came in close to closing and Kendal and caprice were a bucket full of laughs. What a great duo, 2 great, friendly, pizza and beer slingers. Give these people a raise! So good I'm posting this review after coming back and listening to live music! Rad

Awesome pizza, awesome staff, and the beers I tried were all great. They were absolutely slammed due to Tool playing at the dome. The young lady at the bar/register continually let people know how long it would be for slices and/or whole pies all the while pouring beers and taking orders. The crew never got flustered, they just kept cranking out pizza as quick as they could. The pies are huge, as are the slices. They have a nice variety of pies with red sauce, pesto, or garlic base. I really enjoyed everything and will be back next time I'm in Tacoma!

Excellent pizza. Best in Tacoma in my opinion. Had dinner once and yummy beers on tap. Also ordered take out. That pizza was too done for my tastes a bit charred, but the gal was so accommodating and offered to make another one.(still delish!) I couldn't wait but she gave two wood chips for two complimentary slices. Wicked nice customer service. And fun outdoor seating that is truly inviting even on the coldest nights. So happy this pizza place came to Tacoma!
