“Normally this location is spot on, and waiting time is minimal. Maybe it was the amount of orders vs employees on duty ratio. This was almost a 3 star review, but what made it better, was the friendliness of the employee working drive thru window. I'm sure it's not easy dealing with entitlement most the day. Not only the customers but, the employees as well. Especially on weekends. Most of the Starbucks I frequent have crews that aren't usually on top of their game on the weekends. Today, I give props to the drive thru window at Center and Mullen.”

The staff are cordial and thorough- even with complex orders the crepes always come out fluffy yet crispy, with delectable insides like their lemon curd or seasonal berry crepes. Even their savory crepes like the ham egg and cheese is not overly salty or oily- but packed with high quality meats and wrapped in a perfectly crisped crepe. Their coffees are also to die for! Never burnt, their roast is top notch and again, the staff always get my order right. The owner took the time to ask me about my day. Meghan has taken my orders a few times with a 100% success rate even if we’re getting three or four crepes and coffees. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!”

“Today I cashed in my stars for merchandise finally! I have lost close to 500 stars already and was about to lose 400+ more on Saturday! They had a decent selection of thermal (hot and cold) drink cups so I was able to use 2,000 of my stars to get some nice gifts and one for myself! It's great that Starbucks now allows you to use 400 stars for merchandise up to $20 and you can pay the difference if the item costs over $20! I've waited a long time for that to change! My grande iced caramel macchiato was good too! WIN/ WIN today!”

“I visited to support a friend who was doing a live show. Had a tasty milkshake. Very trendy looking and artistic interior. The on wall menu doesn't mention any of the food that they offer and I was disappointed to discover that they offered food only as I was leavingand saw someone getting a pizza. They could have done better advertising this fact. I looked and looked for a food menu and only found them tucked in a small niche that wasn't immediately obvious unless you were actually looking for them :(”

“Great location for Starbucks, and they are busy most of the time—but the employees work super hard and get folks their food & drinks. I visit in the evenings, about once a week. The gals are always cheerful and make the best espresso drinks. Olivia has helped me several times and is always friendly and chats a bit—she learned my name and knows some of my hobbies—all this to say that in this day and age of “hurry up,” it’s a welcoming place to visit.”

“This is usually my favorite starbucks location, but their hours have been very inconsistent over the last couple months. I understand this is likely due to the pandemic and I'm not upset that it is being done, I am just getting frustrated with the fact that they do not update their hours online anywhere so its always a guessing game whether or not they will be open. I've been mostly avoiding this location for that reason. So I just wish they would update their hours so we could know when they are open. Also, the drive thru is constantly backed up to the road and is a very long wait, especially since the pandemic started and they had to close their lobby. But, I find my drinks taste best from this location and the staff are great so I'll definitely be coming back when things are more consistent again.”
