Food was delicious! I will be back! They really need more seating however. Maybe some outdoor? My only complaint was that the music speaker made eating and conversing uncomfortable
I dropped by Bao Boss for a late lunch today since Katana is closed at 2 PM and Bao Boss is right next door. I'm glad I did. Even though they were out of baos, the double smash bacon burger was still delicious on brioche. The bun was soft and all of the ingredients tasted very fresh and well cooked.
I only have two minor criticisms. The first is that there wasn't enough bacon. Two thin slices isn't really enough to taste when there are double patties and a bunch of onions. Add another layer of bacon between the patties and raise the price by $1-2 and it'll instantly be an even better burger. The other is that I didn't really get any spicy notes from the pickles. All that said, it was definitely on one of the more delicious burgers I've had in the area and the price was very reasonable. Keep up the great work guys!
Absolutely the bomb! I had the Boss and my wife had the mushroom burger. Make sure you grab extra napkins. These burgers are not for the timid, ya need to get up in there and enjoy. The boa bun was really enjoyable, soft, with a nice texture. Super delicious. I really love the unique selections offered. The tots were scrumptious. Order a dipping sauce, these are uniquely bottled so you can take the rest with you. Everyone is super nice here. I definitely felt I received my money's worth. Will be back many times. You have to try this place.
Wow, by far the best burgers in Everett! Each burger was expertly prepared with fresh ingredients and unique flavors, with a high attention to detail that belied their reasonable prices. These themes continued across the entire menu, from chimichurri fries to scratch made corned beef, it’s apparent that there are very talented chefs in the kitchen who are passionate about the food they prepare. Can’t wait to explore the rest of their menu!
I love the diversity of unique flavors on the menu that seems to make every order delightfully challenging. I was also pleased with the portions (especially for the corned beef burrito). Plus, the owner is super nice and even offered me an experimental, off-menu salsa he was working on, which complemented the burrito excellently. Very much looking forward to exploring the whole menu eventually. Keep it up, Bao Boss!
