This is quickly becoming my favorite restaurant in Everett. Lots of great stuff on the menu and you can also customize your own bowl (highly recommend the Tokyo Drift for first dinner timers).
There are also daily specials not listed on the website that run the gamut(gumbo, sandwiches, etc).
It is a very small place, so you won't be able to eat there with a large party and the parking can be a little dodgy, otherwise it's perfect.
Great customer service from a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Cozy and clean. Bar seating worked great, also travel containers make this an easy carry out option.
Both dishes we tried were phenomenal. Highly recommended. We look forward to working out way through the menu.
Absolutely delicious. A fine fushion of fresh ingredients, home made noodles and broth. Daniel is a fine example on how food should be prepared. The bowls are very tasty and filling. I had the KGB, simply marvelous!
The Dirty South was amazing with so flavors going on! The jerk chicken was so flavorful! They gave us a sample of the child sauces and I can't wait to go back and have that in one of their dishes!
Firstly I have to applaud how well put together this was for takeout! They prepared everything in a bowl and put the broth in an insulated container so I had perfect noodles right at my desk. I got the Dirty South at the recommendation of a coworker. All the meats plus the rich broth made for a perfect winter meal to warm me up and keep me full
